National Visa Center (Dept of State)	contacting NVC	Hello all i jsut received my NOA2 on april 16th and want to know what is the next process. How do i reach NVC and what do i say and do? How long from NOA2 can i project for the interview? Please advise. I'm totally lost thank you I JUST CALLED NVC THIS MORNING THEY GAVE ME MY CASE NUMBER WHICH IT TOOK 2 WEEKS AFTER OUR APPROVAL... DEPENDING ON WHERER YOU LIVE THERE ARE BETTER TIMES TO CALL WHERE YOU NOT WAITING ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME. That's what my fiancé paid and he just arrived 2 weeks ago. Perhaps the fee is different for CR1 but for K1 it's $240. Ranije je trajalo 2-3 mjeseca, ali ima povecan broj primljenih slucajeva I zato se sad za svaki korak ceka oko 60 dana.....nas slucaj je odobren u maju, jos uvijek smo u NVC , bicu sretna ako sljedeci mjesec bude case complete.  Zaista je sokantno sto su vas odobrili nakon dvije sedmice, mozda zbog poplave u Bosni? Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia)	Bosnia and Herzegovina	Ne nije nikakav problem ako je na cirilici, I nasi dokumenti su neki na cirilici neki na latinici I nije bilo nikakvog problema.  Takodjer, prevode mozes sam sebi prevesti I ovjeriti sam, tj. moras ispod prevoda napisati da si fluent u oba jezika I da je prevod tacan....ja sam tako radila I nikada nisam imala nikakvih problema.  Sto se tice pitanja na interview....koristite google...imaju pravo da nas pitaju sta god hoce...puno srece svima. I ja imam jedno pitanja, dali je iko od Vas koji ste vec prosli interview, imao ikakvih pitanja zbog vjeroispovjesti...znam da obicni zezaju middle east zato ...ali eto samo da pitam, posto smo mi Muslimani..... Prosli mi je bio ukraden prije par godina pa sam platila novi $140 a cujem da je $60 ako mjenjas zbog udaje, imal tu istine?   Inace dugo nism bila na ovoj temi, kako ide procedura kod sviju? U postu kad ode da pita sta je se desilo sa dokumentima oni mu kazu da oni vise nemaju nista s tim! Koristio je FEDEX! Dao m je tracking number , kada nazovem fedex I dadnem imam tracking nmber oni kazu da to nije fedex tracking number. Anyway, odlucili smo da odustanemo od toga I da ponovo pripremi sve dokumente I posalje mi drugim postanskim servisom....koji VI preporucujete? Hajde sto fiancee visas dobijaju brze odobrenje nego i GREEN CARD PETITIONERS! iDI na forum za green card petitioners...za 2,3 mjeseca CIJELA procedura gotova! Ovo sve nema nikakvog smisla, pokrenuta je peticija protiv predugog cekanja za CR-1 vizu, nadji ju na podforumu "spouses visas" pa potpisi, ako skupimo dovoljno potpisa mozda i uspjemo sta promjeniti...ja i muz tek ovaj mjesec saljemo I-130 paket al vec sam zabrinuta kada vidim koliko se dugo ceka! National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Question about AOS package	Hi fellow CR1 FILERS!   My co sponsor is a catholic priest.  Can he write his own letter of employment? Do I have to submit his paychecks?   Here's what I Have prepared so far, if anything is missing please let me know! Any help is greatly appreciated !   AOS PACKAGE:   AOS form from me(petitioner) along with explanation( on a separate sheet of paper) why I wasn't obligated to pay taxes before. AOS form from my co sponsor IRS copies from my co sponsor for year 2013 IRS copy from me ,for year 2013 A certified copy of my passport A certified copy of my naturalization certificate A certififed copy of my co sponsor naturalization certificate ( he doesn't have a valid passport the NVC agent said that's ok the certificate will be fine) A few of my recent paychecks AOS bar coded cover sheet AOS cover letter   IV PACKAGE:   Husband's certified copy of passport plus a photocopy Husband's original police certificate (brand new) plus photocopy and translation Husband's original divorce decree , plus photocopy and translation Husband's original military records, plus photocopy and translation Husband's original birth certificate, plus photocopy and translation Certified copies of passport stamps from oujr last trip together, as proof of bonafide marriage?
