K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Last in the slow line... boo :(	I am in the same boat. So tired from waiting. I am constantly checking the USCIS site and nothing. We have filed three petitions (two I 130 for me and for our baby and I 129 F) and nothing has been touch since they were received at CSC. I don't want what to think. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	K-3 February Filers (CSC Office)	Just to let you know that I also got my notice from NVC saying that they received my APPROVED I-129F petition. We still have not gotten our NOA2 and there have not been any touches or updates to the web site outside of what you see in my signature. I got the letter yesterday and I had called NVC that morning and my petition was not on file with the messaging service. This means that they are still processing as fast as they can, but putting off letting you actually know about it because of time constraints and processing is more important than advising people. I called the NVC yesterday morning and nothing and then last night I checked the mail and the NVC notice was there. This morning I called the NVC and the lady said that she was glad to offer the good news that not only did the NVC receive the petition, but they don't even have it anymore and she said it was sent to the embassey in Australia on 05/30/07. This means that stuff is still happening with your petitions, but the tracking has been thrown off due to the H1B application overflow. The CSC will be in compliance with the dates by 06/15/07 according to the press release. For those of you who are waiting... keep checking the mail! CONGRATULATIONS!!!! K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	2 medical exams??	I had the same problem....they were charging me $300 for a medical exam, but somehow looked around and found a place in Chicago that did it for $150. Don't know if there are multiple medical centers in Denmark but if there are then u might wanna research them. Also I'm pretty sure u dont need to do it twice, but there might be a time limit like one year in which your medical exam is valid. I have so many touches. Hey, heeey... Everything is going to be just fine we’ve had 4 touches before we got our approval - March 11-Sunday, remember? – same as yours. You were the first one that congratulated us on our NOA2. Sooo very nice of you... Just calm down, don’t lose you temper, somebody is working on your case...it’s going ahead consolemaster, it's moving... You know that you’ve done a good work with your petition!
