The most difficult part was security checks because I am with baby and they didn't allow me to go there with the baby carriage. So I had to carry my 9 kg. baby in hands all the time They asked me only if I have been in USA before and for how long. I've been there for 6 months before a year. The most important is to have all required documents. The officer refuse to take photos and etc. because we have a child and this is a proof for relationship. I am very happy now. In Bulgaria the procedure is different. They don't send Packet 4 but interview appointment is arranged by phone when the applicant is ready with documents. Hey! We never called the CSC. In my opinion,it is just better to concentrate on calling NVC.You'll be reach them really soon. The waiting time has become a month nowadays. Keep them calling,and hang in there just a little more! Good luck! After we had waited 3 weeks from our approval my husband called CSC and NVC very often. In most cases calling CSC was useless because every time they gave different information and said that everything was normal and in the time frame. Only once he received a useful info from a lady from CSC. This lady told that CSC has hired contractors who are dealing with the dispatch of cases to NVC. Moreover she put my husband on hold on and get through with this contractors to ask about the case. They said not to expect soon transfer because our I 129 F was sent to staging area not on 15 August (when was the approval) but on 5 September. Approx. three weeks later the case was received. So very rarely you can get through with somebody form CSC who will be useful. I think that it is time for your case to be received - lately 5 - 6 weeks is the usual timeline for the transfer. Well, I I sent an email over to the embassy this morning explaining things and at 4pm I went to the embassy. When I got there, they knew of my wife being pregnant. I guess they must have read my email from morning. I explained things further to them and after 10 mins of pleasant conversation with them...they assigned me a Nov. 1st date for our interview! So the petition now is sitting at the mail room and waiting to be sent with cases approved at the beginning of September. Normally we should wait additional 3 weeks to be received at NVC I am so upset. It is our seventh month waiting with CSC. My husband call NVC and CSC every day and nothing. Our plans to be together in September are broken again. Our child will turn a year soon and it is raised without a father because of USCIS and lazy people of CSC. Nobody will give us back this time. We lose so much. I am very upset.
