I updated my time line. with RFE dated 6.30.2008 since thats the notice date on the form. For my RFE reply date I put down July 5th as that will be the day I mail this out. does that sound correct in the way I updated my time line? that will be ok.... I am sorry that you got the RFE but on the brighter side at least you know that they were really working on your papers and for some, the RFE only delays the approval for about a week or two. well, I am just dropping by to give all the April filers I can't understand what's taking VSC too long to approve your petitions. It is making me feel guilty that us january filers had a breezy approval (except for some who are still waiting for NOA2 up to this time). I hope VSC will get their act together and start kicking some approvals.... Friday's are usually a good day for loads of approvals but since it will be 4th of July so I guess they are on holiday... I hope next week will be a better week for all of you still waiting. I'm keeping you all in my thoughts and prayer. Although, I think if I say "soon" one more time his head may very well explode! The kids are well. Only a couple more weeks left until school is out. I let them stay home yesterday as it was close to 100 and I felt that making them sit in those classrooms in that kind of heat is just child abuse! I did, however, make them work! It's really amazing how fast the time passes and how quickly they grow. Do be sure to take the time every day to enjoy your new addition as he/she will be grown before you know it. My kids are 16 and close to 13 now but I still enjoy them immensly! VERY TRUE! .. my daughter will be 11 by November and my son will be 9 by september... My daughter don't have problem with display of affection but my son don't like it when i hug and kiss him outside anymore especially when his friends (and his crush) are around.. but he still wraps his arms around my waist when we walk. No recent approvals yet but there are 2 who got their NOA2 last week but just updated their timelines... there is also a couple who have encountered roadblock and had to move the filing date to march. Well, CONGRATULATIONS are never late, so here's a SWING OF JOY for: Stephanie&Mauricio who received NOA2 on feb. 29, 2008 and Lisa&Ritesh who recieved NOA2 on mar. 2, 2008. To Liam& Sam who got RFE, i hope you could share what the RFE was and I pray that you will get NOA2 soonest... I read some people here received approval a few days to a few weeks after submitting what was asked for in the RFE... So your NOA2 is probably on its way My heart & my prayers goes to wifetobe (nathaniel&theodora)... i hope everything will be ok for them and that there will be no more roadblocks along the way. For the rest of the January filers still waiting.... I believe we are all winners already when we met the love of our lives... I wish I could share with you some personal experience in dealing with a difficult boss but I have never experienced one... co-workers from hell & clients from hell, I have had a few of them but of course that is another thing. Must be really tough dealing with a difficult boss. You would need to have a lot of patience to survive the day. Has anybody experienced dealing with a difficult boss like psiprez? How was it like and how did you handle it? psiprez, i can only hope things will get better at the workplaceand may we all get our NOA2 soonest. . One of the reason also for this thread is to make people like dawn, who expressed guilt over being approved faster than others, feel that it is not her/their fault that they were approved quicker than the rest and that we do not hold that against them, instead we are here to celebrate with them. Waiting is hard, no matter how long you have waited, it is still hard. What makes it harder still is when you see other people within your timeframe and after your timeframe gets approved so of course, those who are still waiting get envious, we cry and get depressed when our hopes gets so high only to crash at the end of the day but I still feel that we all want to be with our love ones with the same intensity and thus, we all put the same amount of hard work in compiling and arranging and filing our petitions. So I feel that each one of us deserve to be completely happy in getting our NOA2, no matter how fast or how long it takes. It is also not right for the happiness of those who have been approved earlier to be tainted with guilt. after all, they didn't approve themselves, they just got lucky... But their being lucky don't make those who are still waiting losers. NOA2 is a price for EVERYONE who can survive the process... What's more important is those who already got approved have stayed on to continue cheering us who are still on the waiting list. And those who are waiting still have the positive attitude to be happy for those who are getting approvals. And even our CSC counterparts have been around giving their congratulations and support to those who got approved. And that somehow provide a more positive vibe for us all.... being positive and staying positive is what we do need to see this through.. that will be hard without the support of each one of us here. And I am so grateful for each one of you who have contributed to this thread. I hope we will continue to celebrate for those who are getting their approval because they deserve it and also continue to provide support to those who are still waiting because they need it.... wait, i almost forgot I am still on the waiting list, MAN! I too had hoped that maybe after the flight over here and then away for Friday/Saturday morning, that when we got in Saturday afternoon, we might see an approval, but nope. I'm very hopeful though, I am sure we will all get ours soon. AMEN to that. Maybe I should start on a pure vegetarian diet and then go for the advance yoga meditation, i might then be able to summon the NOA2 for all of us. It might be great to see those NOA2 flying up in the sky, movingtowards all those who are still waiting... yes, including the CSC filers and all those waiting since last year... nah, I am not losing my sanity... yet.
