IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress ReportsAug 2013 I-130 filers

Question I'm hoping someone here might be able to answer.

With my I-130 application I also submitted a significant amount of supporting evidence (bank statement, marriage certificate, passport copies, affidavits, etc).  Does anyone know if when my application gets approved, do all those documents will go with it to NVC or will I need to resubmit them all again?  I was trying to be efficient and have a complete as possible package from the outset submitting things that were only required at the NVC stage with the I-130.

We just basically try to map which petitions CIS will transfer next --- as well as try to figure the "average time" to approval (post-transfer) based on historical figures.

Hope this helps.

It does!  Thanks very much!  Best of luck to all!

Sorry, new to this.  What's the spreadsheet all about?  I'm an 8/15 submitter, should I be adding my stats to that workbook for tracking?

I have a August 15th date and waiting patiently to hear some news on an I-130 (spouse).  I just spoke with USCIS regarding a change of address.  While I had them on the phone I asked about processing timelines and she indicated they are currently working through the March submissions of this type and it could be as much as 5 months before I could see a decision.  Just curious if this jives with what others are hearing?  It's currently sitting at MSC
