Middle East and North Africa	Royal Air Maroc's site. what is wrong with it and with RAM?	Even if you buy 2 separate tickets, they will let him check the luggage through. He just needs to show both tickets at check-in so they know his final destination. But he'll have to pick up and drop the luggage back at customs at JFK. I traveled on separate tickets last time I went to Morocco because it was cheaper and checking the luggage through wasn't a problem there or back. He said first they had the tourist and student visas then the immigration lottery people and then the k1s at the end. He was the very last one. He said the women that were interviewing were very nice...even the blond. He was intervied by the black lady. She asked him the following questions: whats you fiance's name? talk about her where does she live? where do her parents live? did you have an engagement party? let me see the pictures.....he just handed her the photo album and she looked at all the pictures. when did you meet her? does she have a daughter? how old is her daughter? was she married when you met her? she asked for emails and read them he offered her the phone bills and she told him wait and then never looked at them then she told him to bring that court paper sigill al3adly any afternoon and they will do the name check in washington and call him after a few days. I noticed it wasn't on the list of things to bring like the birth and police cert but yet it is wanted. I only knew about it from a post by Sonicliz a while ago...I think it was her. Maybe they couldn't find a reason to delay people so made one up with this new paper. Who knows? Curious to find out what it is for. The paper is to prove that there hasnt been any criminal court case against him....at least thats what I understand, and it has to be done where you're born. In arabic that paper is called sigill al3adly. Hassan says they asked everybody for this paper except for a woman, and another guy but they told that guy that his security checks would take a month or 2 and she told hassan they take a few days. Doreen Thanks Everybody for your well wishes and mojo!!...I have some good news, Hassan passed the interview, they told him he has to get one more paper from the court (he said they told everybody to do this) and turn it in and then he'll have the security checks and get his visa once he passes them....dont know any details yet, except he said he interview with the black woman, and I asked him was the blond there and he said yeah and she was nice, and not denying everybody...hmmmmm...weird, so there is hope. Middle East and North Africa	Leaving Thursday to go to Morocco!!	Hi everyone, I know it has been awhile but omg..talk about being busy with work and trying to get ready for the holidays!! so im headed out to morocco to be with my baby and spend 2 weeks with his family. then we fly back together to JFK. Just curious...what line should we go through...it seems the line is quicker on the US citizen side but not sure if they will get upset if i take him in that one. if not then i was going to go in the other line with him. What have others done in JFK that have come back with their fiances? thanks again...wishing you all happy holidays!! thank you, melinda We just went through JFK on the 16th, we had to go to the visa/foreigner line, the guy sent us there, I stayed with Hassan which wasn't a problem. They opened his packet there, then sent him to a room where they processed him. The whole thing took about 2 hrs, because there where quite a few people ahead of us. Middle East and North Africa	Is Anybody There	Ok morning to all, umm what seems to be the problem that i'm the first. I read and reread being sure not to pull a Charles i dont see another one. Its a cold 31 here a very crazy winter so far. I was wonder for those of you that the SO is finally here, in the first few days what did they find the most outstanding things. THe things that they just could not get over. I know after leaving Casa my first memories were the heat, the crazy drivers and then alllllll the rocks and then the big one people just stopping alongside the road to P. Everyone have a great day and thank you for letting me be first. Hassan just got here in December, he couldn't get over how cold it is, even though I live in Oregon and its not so cold here lol, how expensive things are here, and he loves the indoor heat, he also loves asian food, which he never had before. I am questioning if he will get the medical records back. Any opinions? All the papers you filed for the visa, everything they have at the consulate really.
