yeah, you can't mail it before 90 days but you don't have to mail it in exactly at 90 days... you can mail it in anytime between 90 days and the day the card expires...

I would send in some utilities or bills even if they are just in your name and I would send in some bills or something that are just in your wifes name.... it would prove that you are living at the same address...

I got mine a few weeks after mailing off my package... I filed with CSC....

this was my timeline...

Feb 3rd, 2007 - Mailed off Removal of Conditions package
Feb 7th, 2007 - Package was received and checks cashed
Feb 27th, 2007 - Received NOA
Feb 28th, 2007 - Received Biometrics Appointment letter
March 13th, 2007 - Biometrics Appointment
March 24th, 2007 - Card Production ordered
March 27th, 2007 - Email, stating that a notice was mailed that they had approved our petition
March 29th, 2007 - Green Card received in the mail

yes... you need to send in these two forms....

this one you can fill out online or you can mail it in....

You just have to do it online and that changes your address on record and any pending cases.... if you send in a paper form AR-11 then you will also have to call the 0800 but it will take longer and no guarantee that your pending case will be updated....

our insurance premiums and copays are going up in June :P  I do get to keep my same doctors though...  what really sucks though is that my out of pocket maximum was reached a few weeks back but of course it starts over in June :(

so because next Monday is a holiday I have to go to Urgent Care to get my weekly progesterone shot.  The nurse at my doctor's told me to make an appointment.    I was thinking that I don't think you can make appointments but I did call and they told me no.  I just hope I don't have to wait to long when I go.

and i'm cravin bigtime really good tomato soup..but all the ones here are very acidic..not creamy or slightly sweet..the campbells here i find sucks sad.png

 

not sure if they have it where you are but I buy Tomato soup in a box..  The brand is Pacific foods.  The soup is really good.  I also like there Carrot Ginger soup..

I had a bathing suit I used when I was over 200 lbs.  I thought I would be able to wear it while pregnant.  I tried it last week and it just fit :P  not that I am over 200lbs now, it is just because of my belly..lol

my SIL's SIL had a baby boy Christmas day last year.  I know she probably has stuff, like swings etc that she doesn't use anymore but I don't know if it is proper to ask for it.    I do know her.  We see them all the time at holidays and parties etc..  So it isn't like they are strangers..  Maybe I should get my SIL to ask.

the baby's movements don't become more regular til around the beginning of the 3rd trimester.  Now they will just be intermittent.  I have felt some things, it felt like bubbles popping and yesterday I swear I felt her kick against my hand..

My husband went to do laundry early and then we went to Subway for breakfast.  After that we went to Sears and Target and started our baby registry..  When we got home we took a dip in the pool.   It has been a good day so far :D

Our apartment complex has 2 pools so I am sure I will be spending a lot of time there during the summer..  i will be nearing the end come summer so I am sure that will be fun :P  it stays hot here well into September..

So I had my prenatal appointment yesterday.  The baby's heartbeat is strong and my blood-work from the first and second trimester came back normal.  I mentioned to the doctor about the calcium deposit thing and she didn't seem to concerned about it leading to down syndrome.  That and the normal blood-work makes me feel a lot better..

 

My husband was with me and he loved hearing the heart-beat.  He is one proud papa already.

So back in March I had some blood drawn for the CF screening which they sent out to the lab.  A few weeks later I noticed on my insurance site that they processed it has out of network and we would owe @ $1200 :o.  I have been waiting all this time for the bill from the lab.  Today I received itunsure.png . 

 

Well I noticed a letter with the bill that said to call them because we might qualify for the patient assistance program.  I did a little research online and a lot of people had called and they said they only had to pay about $200.  I was thinking that was way better then $1200. 

 

So I called and told asked them about the assistance program.  She looked over my account and said I could pay $25.  At first I was thinking she meant monthly or something.  But she said if I pay the $25 my account would be considered paid in full!  :o  I can't believe or luck..  A huge burden was lifted off my shoulders when I heard that.. :D

your husband will be given the option to go on Cobra when he quits his current job..  essentially you will have to pay the entire premium that includes the portion your husband's company paid..

I have seen a lot of videos of women getting the progesterone shot at home.. either they do it themselves or someone like their husband does it for them.

 

I have to go to my regular prenatal appointments of course.  The problem is the shot has to be done on the same day and only 2 or 3 of my prenatal appointments are on Mondays..

we also found out that every time I go for an injection I am billed separately, $24 each time but that might go up to $35 when our new insurance term starts in June.   With 20 visits altogether that can add up...  I thought it would be included in the Global maternity fee..  I did call the doctor's billing office and they said there was no way they could include it in the global fee :(

 

so my husband suggested that we just do the shot ourselves.  My SIL was some kind of nurse years ago so maybe she could do it..

I found a tonne of in-network compounding pharmacies that are in-network and that are in the area.

 

the one they use is located in New Jersey..

 grrr, I am kind of ticked at my doctor's office.  I recently found out that the pharmacy they used to get my progesterone was out of network with my insurance.  So I asked today if they could use an in-network pharmacy and they told me I have to call my insurance to find one..   Why can't they do that?   unsure.png

 

 

I really like my doctor and all the people that work in the office but it doesn't seem like they like to do extra work.  They just use places they always use regardless of the person's insurance unsure.png

these silly progesterone shots are kicking my butt.  I get cramps a few times a week since I started them.  It is going to be a long coupe of months.  I know it will be worth it in the end.  But my husband freaks out every time I get the cramps :unsure:

gosh, I am not sure what to do.  the other day I remembered that my brother's ex-gf was named Emily but everyone, including my brother is ok with that.  Today my mom informs me that one of my cousin's has a kid named Emily.huh.png     Would it be weird for 2nd cousins to have the same name?  We hardly ever see them because they live in Manitoba.  It has probably been over 10 years since I have been there..

 

Both my husband and I love the name.  We don't want to give it up.  :(
