Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I 751 questions	Hello , Thanks for your help. Yes i will be coming back to US before my expiration date. My card expires on May 16th 2007 and I may be coming back on March 30th 2007. And will submit the aplication in first week of April 2007.. Do u think it is fine?? Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	How much trouble is this?	mail in the form now.... as I found out, mailing in the form doesn't really change your address anyways, it just tells them that you have moved or something.... but when it comes time to remove conditions just put your new address on the forms and that will take care of it	Marilyn. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Green Card holder acquiring US passport?	As a UK citizen I am required to have a valid UK passport to enter mexico or any of the Caribbean islands... yes you only need a greencard to re-enter the USA but you still need a valid passport to enter other countries... I know of no airline that will let you board an international flight without having a valid passport... On our return to the US is sept last year the CBP officer stamped both my UK pasport and my husbands US passport with an entry stamp... Kez my hubby doesn't have a passport and he had no problems boarding the plane to come to Canada .. he just showed his DL and Birth Certificate.... of course now the regulations have changed and he would require a passport to re-enter the US.... Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	No receipt after two months	IN the mailbox, Marilyn, as many have posted. I made a little card with the names of all the mail that can be delivered to my address and taped it inside the box. Ask your mail carrier for a card from their office as well. There is an official thingie you can fill in to say whose mail may be delivered to your box. But of course, since you won't believe a word I say, why do I bother? Thanks, sparks. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Still not sent...	I didnt send it registered, but sent it with delivery confirmation! I was told by the postal dude, sending a registered pkg is the slowest method. I belive it took a month to get the first NOA, and then a month after that I got my BIometrics appt letter. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Still not sent...	my plan is to mail it off this weekend... but I have a few questions first.... can I mail the package registered? so that when they get they have to sign for it and I know they have received it or do I just send it regular post?? Also about how long does it take to get the NOA1?? We are going up to Canada from March 16th to March 22nd.... My green card doesn't expire until April 2nd but what I am worried about is if they schedule my Biometrics appointment for that time I am gone... Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Still not sent...	hello, wonder if i send the I 751 on 16th or 17th february 2007, will i be able to travel outside the USA while my file is sent. That way, I will still have my unexpired conditional resident card with me ( it will expire on may 16th 2007). do i have to wait for NOA or not necessary to wait as I will still have unexpired card with me. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Still not sent...	I still haven't sent in my I-751 I have most of it together, I just have to make some photocopies of some stuff.... I had to give up pumping because it got to be too much and I wasn't pumping often enough and my supply kind of dried up.  She never wanted to get if from the real thing.  She always seemed disgusted with it when I tried.    We went on WIC because there is no way we could afford formula otherwise..   I think my little Emily just went through a growth spurt because she has been a changed baby these last few days.. not nearly as fussy and clingy.  She has also been sleeping better at night.  She usually has one long stretch of 5 to 6 hours but of course it is never at the same time every night   she gets her first round of shots in about a week.  I am not looking forward to it..   Edited by Marilyn., 16 November 2013 - 08:51 PM. Avez vous un bebe?	so yesterday Emily was a gremlin for most of the day.. wanting to be carried and walked around, crying a lot..  but she slept about 4 hour stretches at night.. yay!   she is in a way better mood today but she is only has been taking little cat naps all day. I am just doing formula now.  I try and give her an extra ounce or so but it doesn't help..   she will be 7 weeks tomorrow..   she has been doing the gremlin thing at 12am pretty consistently for the last few weeks.. Avez vous un bebe?	my darling daughter has decided that her nighttime is from about 2am til about 10am or so.    She will wake up in between those times for a bottle but she goes right back to sleep..     From around 12am to 2am she fusses and cries and wants to be carried the whole time..  My husband says she turns into a gremlin..lol   We have to try and get her out of this because my husband goes back to work this week and he has to be up by about 3:30 am...
