Mexico, Latin & South America	COLOMBIANOS CON VISA K-1 (CONTINUACION 7)	Hola can me aprobaron el 13 de diciembre... y el caso llegó el 06 enero aun ya tengo mi BGT aun no me llega el paquete, pero el dia de ayer le escribieron ami prometido pidiendole mi correo para enviarmelo estoy a la espera,  ustedes ya tienen el BGT? y ya apartaron cita o estan esperando el paquete para hacerlo?   Si ya tengo mi BGT.   Mi promitida tiene la cita medica el 10 de feb con el Dr Jairo Rao. y la cita el 14 a las 8:30.  Pero no sabemo si cambiar la cita para a fines del mes por si acaso no le llega el paquete untes de la fecha	Can1221	Male	Colombia	2014-01-29 10:07:00

Los unico que necesitas son la pagina de confirmacion del form DS-160, y el form I-134 con las prebra de ingreso de tu promitido americano tus fotos y los documentos colombianos (registro civil, cedula, pasaporte, sentencia de divorcio) que te pide la embajada. Mexico, Latin & South America	COLOMBIANOS CON VISA K-1 (CONTINUACION 7)	Hola....mi caso ya llego a la embajada en Bogota......Mi prometida tiene el exame medico con la dra Monica el 12 de Feb.  Y la entrevista provista para a fines de Feb.   Yo aqui me estoy preparandome para viajar a colombia para ir con ella a la embajada. Ya tengo listo mi form I-134 con mis declarcion de impestos y carta del banco y trabajo tambien llevo las prebra de fotos y conversaciones de whats app, y telefonica como prebra de la relacion   ¿Alguien sabe lo que sería suficiente evidencia de la relación? Tengo un total de 110 fotos combinadas con ella y sus famila de mis 6 viajes a Colombia del 2013, mi registro de WhatsApp desde octubre de 2013. (Perdi casi 7 meses de chat) y unos recibos de telefonicas de las llamadas que he hecho ha ella. Australia and New Zealand	Victoria Police Check Appointment	I got my certificate from Victoria Police a few weeks ago. Originally they gave me an appointment 4 weeks ahead, saying that was the earliest available. I called a couple of days later to see if there was any chance of getting in sooner. I was told they had a cancellation that day, about 75 minutes from the time I called. I said I'll take it and dashed into the city, and just made it. They get a few cancellations, so it worth calling regularly to check availability. Be ready to move quickly, as you may have no time to spare. They do not have an expedited processing service. I had my certificate in 2 weeks, although they say up to 20 days. If you live in metropolitan Melbourne you have to go to the WTC, otherwise they only have regional offices that can do the fingerprinting, and they may only do it one day a week. United Kingdom	ACRO Police Check Waiting Times	I sent the application for mine to the UK on 22nd Oct, from Australia. Received an email on 29th October saying they had received it. They say standard service takes 10 working days. The form gives a long list of suitable people to endorse your photo, anyone in those categories who has known you for 2 years is OK. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	People that still waiting for NVC case number	NVC case number received 29th November 2013, along with Fee Bill, the file was received by NVC on 4th November, so it is within the quoted 20 working days. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	People that still waiting for NVC case number	Received notification from USCIS 17th October, saying my case has been shipped to NVC. I am the beneficiary, my wife the F2A sponsor. We have heard nothing since then. I called the NVC 7th November, gave them the UCSIS receipt number, I was told that it had been received that day. Don't know where it had been the intervening 3 weeks, probably just waiting to be entered on the system at NVC.   Anyway their rep told me that from that receipt date it takes 10-20 working days before someone has a look at it, then they send out information on what documentation is required. But first they will send the Fee Bill, because they won't do anything before you pay upfront.   I suspect that because USCIS is approving cases faster than they used to, NVC is receiving a much larger workload than they previously had. The NVC rep was polite but fairly abrupt in telling me that I just have to wait for communication from them. I would guess that they are getting a lot of similar calls.    At least we got the I-130 approved much faster than originally expected. At the time of submission it was taking 18 months to 2 years, we got the approval after 6 months. And now it's back to waiting again. It's frustrating, but that's the way it is..... National Visa Center (Dept of State)	NOA2 APPROVED IN OCTOBER.. WAITING FOR NVC CASE NUMBER	We received the notice from USCIS saying the file was shipped to NVC on October 17th. Some weeks later, when I spoke to NVC, they told me my case was received on November 4th. There is apparently a time lag of 2-3 weeks before NVC physically receipts files into their system. They then take a quoted 10-20 working days before they allocate their case number, and send out the Fee Bill. We received this just last Friday, November 29th. Just inside the 20 working days.   That's the sort of timetable you can expect. Next we pay the invoice (we have already), then we wait again for them to process it and send the package of requirements.   The waiting times are frustrating, but there is not much you can do about it. They are public servants with not much incentive to speed things up - they are not working in a competitive marketplace!	JBW	Male	Australia	2013-12-01 17:31:00
