We were really hoping that we could enjoy the 4th together....I'll have to probably let that dream go now. At least there's a lifetime of summers ahead. Kiev has a pretty fast turn around time on interviews, so I'm still aiming for July...But. I'm thinking late July arrival now. or early August at the worst. Unless a miracle happens and this NOA2 pushes through this week or even next...But I guess just have to wait and see what happens. Yeah, I agree. Just 6 weeks and I am going to see Sveta. I still have unfinished business with her family.. ahem... I asked her to marry me on New Years morning, a few hours before I flew home and 8 hours train ride from her hometown, and now I am going back to ask her family's permission, in Russian, since she is the only English speaking member of her family. I think certainly that we will be approved before then and it will be a very nice and relaxing trip. Of course she knows and understands that if she isn't approved that I am moving there, I speak enough to get a janitors job and I want a family with her no matter where it will be. It's all like a roulette. Well we gotta hold on tight and wait for our turn. Worrying won't help... it's hard but this "little" waiting is nothing compared to the rest of our lives that we will get to spend together with our loved ones Well put and well received!!! ?? Its just exciting to see there are ppl approved out there!! I am hoping too to be able to move in sept/max oct. I just wish something would get moving, i'm so impatient! I think we are all very ready for some approvals... I was hoping Sveta could be here for July 4th (she loves fireworks) and now I am just hoping the she will be here in September. This process is brutal. I just hope that the next two weeks are VERY good to most (if not all) of us. My last touch was 2/2/12 with a NOA1 of 1/30/12. I just hope before 5/30/12 it will be approved so I can hand deliver everything required to her on 7/1/12, that would give me 4 weeks to get everything else together!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	First of all to all of Jan filer who got their NOA2s...Now...let's play numbers again...105 filers from January is tracking here...9 approved-about 8.6% also about 70% of December’s are approved...so assuming the ratio of approvals will go significantly higher for Jan filer now I'd say if we can get to 25 approved by the end of the week, 50 by next Friday...then we have 1 in 2 chance to be approved in the next 2 weeks ...HA!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	Yeah really, if the wait doesn't kill it... all the paperwork and expense will. I believe it is designed this way to weed out those that are not serious. This is a long and lengthy process. It has been a hard week here too, I am counting the days until NOA2 and also counting the days until I visit my fiance. I go to see him in three days, so I know that while I am there I will not be thinking about this as much... and just enjoying our time together. We are hoping for the NOA2 by the time I get back home June 3rd!! Keeping fingers and toes crossed!! Yeah... It's very tough, but I agree. I've always said that this waiting time may be a "cooling off" period intended to break the weaker relationships. We just have to keep our eyes on the prize. All of us are over the 100 day mark, so most of us should be approved (or heaven forbid) RFE'd within the next 20-25 days!!!)))). Better days are just around the corner Januaries, so hold fast and let your fiancé (or fiancée) know that you love them and just hold on a few more days!!!!! Everything is going to be alright!!!!! ?? I think it's hard for them to understand sometimes...I'm just praying I don't end up as one of the unlucky petitions that lags behind the rest. Always seems to be a few of them. But hopefully good news for all of us in the next 3 weeks...Really hoping Julia can be here by July. Moscow is a little longer, but I'm hoping Sveta can be here mid September. I' going to go spend 2 weeks with her the first of July, so that should help a little. I just hope the NOA2's come soon. Of course, I guess most couples go through this before their petition is approved. It's hard to grow up in the Soviet Regime and have much faith in dreams ,from what I can understand. Always seems to be about 15 - 20 timelines that users neglect to update. So by that count and including the RFEs. There's only a few timelines remaining for December at VSC. Should be many January petitions coming through the next 2 weeks! Man I hope so... Sveta is beginning to think it will never happen. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	we need some good news asap as my fiance is very sad today...He texted me last night that there was a break in into his mom's house in Miami and the robber stole his mom's jewellery , including an engagement ring his mom wanted to give us. The ring was pretty meaningful as it was his grandmother's and she has passed away years back... so he is pretty down today and an approval would simply put a smile back on his face! but here's wishful thinking... I am so very sorry!!! One of my biggest per peeves is a damned thief.. This last 2 weeks has really worn Sveta and I out!!! I have even stopped being very sociable with my closest friends because all that I can do is think about her and how much I miss her!!! I know we are all "in the same boat" and I am thankful to have others surrounding me that know exactly what I am going through. Oh, and by the way, my buddy lost his bet (look back a couple of pages) so I guess I'll have to strangle him.... Too bad, he's a nice guy, but a bet is a bet... Lol. I thought the cases were processed in the order they are received. Mine was received on Jan 19th at VSC. How are they on the 31st and I still haven't heard anything? They actually don't process them in order. I'm a late January (NOA1 1-30). You could (and should) be getting yours any day.... Hopefully we all will!!!!! ?? It's a terrible cycle! I know our petition probably won't be approved until the beginning of June, but it doesn't stop me from checking! I know what you mean....
