If she is vacationing and traveling use the one where she resides predominately. By continuing to change her address you are creating a recipe for disaster, as this process is hard enough already without switching her embassy. Basic information shoud be completed in yoiur profile with a completed time line will get you more solid advice. Make general plans and keep all dates open, when you get the visa, firm it all up. Anything you do to change the flow delays actions by the government, there is not fast way to do this. How to do that and how much delay it will cause depends on the status of the case at that moment. Chances are, there will be nothing you can actually accomplish until the case is in Abu Dhabi. Then you request a transfer which will delay the process a few weeks. You can TRY to change the address with USCIS, but don't count on success. However, the GUIDES and info on this site are posted by folks that have already done their immigration journey through Guangzhou (in this case). We can talk the talk, because we have walked the walk. Sure, there is a pretty steep learning curve associated with the links, advice, and info you have already been given. You can do it, there are numerous folks that have successfully done it before. Well, I have never "met" my fiancee in person, but I feel like we have "met" enough through our words and pictures to know that we are both in love and want to be with each other for the rest of our lives. Unfortunately this is the USCIS way and rule, maybe if this is a difficult concept you need to review all the requirements, the time and costs involved.
