If u can go to NSO, u apply personally. Dont apply online bcoz it takes longer. Im from Tacloban City, and I went to NSO at 7am of Feb 9, at 2pm same day, I had it already...why it took longer to get a cenomar in other places? If you are in a city and NSO is just a walking distance, you still have time to request for a CEMAR before your interview date. USCIS approved our case on December 10, 2008...sent us MNL# on December 27th. My fiance called USEM and told that our papers are still not there, so, he called NVC yesterday and operator told him to call back after 2 days. What does it mean? our case still at NVC? If still there, after more than a month of NOA2, what is the foremost reason why they dont forward to USEM Manila? Does anyone from VJ members same of my case? Pls share...Thanks.

Send the original signed by her. LBC takes only 3 to 4 working days and ul received the form already, while in ordinary mail takes almost a month, let her print the form and send immdtl.

Good luck...just wanna ask, if u got married on d year 2000 and u are only 22 now, how old were u when u got married?
Dont worry of d age gap, as long as u have enough evidence to satisfy d consul, then u are safe. Share ur experience on Feb.13.
By d way I have few questions to you...
1. Did u pay d visa processing before or after medical day? (BDO)
2. what is that documents verification? is that diff from visa processing, if so, where to pay it?
3. ur medical finished for how many days?
4. Do i need to bring only NOA2, NVC letter,USEM email and passport on my medical date?

I had my medical Feb 10-11, 2009. I went there at 11am and able to finish my day1 at 3pm...after my immunization on my second day I received the result,(it took almost 2 hours for me to wait until my name was called) they never told me if I passed or not, but the nurse told me that cd which contains about result of medical must be open at the port of USA when I get there hopefully soon. They only gave me a piece of vaccination domentation worksheet and thats all about my medical date...

From Tacloban I arrived NAIA3 at 7am, took a taxi direct to Ermita and looked for a hotel. Cherry Blossoms and CityStates hotel have no available room for one person that time, so I looked for another and then I found Southern Cross Hotel around 200 m away from SLEC, so, its only a walking distance. The room was so clean, I got a room for 2 person (thats their standard room already for 1,400 a day) even though im only one...next time when i get back for my interview, il be back on that hotel bcoz I really liked it there. I called hostel 1632 and its only 985.00 per day, bcoz a vj member (belovedbyme) sent a msg about this hotel (I msg you back but wasnt able to send bcoz ur inbox is full..thanks for the msg)

My medical days here in Manila was so exciting and memorable bcoz i met two vj members Trisha and Liza, they were so nice and pretty...both are on k3 visa and the most exciting thing is, three of us have same interview date which will be on March 2, 2009.

Ive learned also from my medical that coming early about 5am is not good for our health hehe...aside of not eating breakfast, rushing, haggard looks bcoz of kulang sa tulog and of so much excitement...yes, you will be able to finish your first day at 11am, but you cant continue in d afternoon bcoz day2 is schedule on second day always...I went at 11am, able to finish at 3pm, had a good sleep, and received a good result...thats my opinion only, dont take it seriously hehe...

Anyway Guys...to those who havent done their medical yet, good luck on your upcoming checkup and lastly, dont forget to bring black ballpen, 3 ID pictures (2x2) water and something to eat. Dont forget to ask from a guard a working flowchart for the day bcoz it will guide you on where to go til d last step...

So...now, im waiting for my interview date. And hopeful that il make it too...God is my guide and Saviour. Good Luck and God Bless.

Yes, you are correct that USEM sets the interview dates, but that is ONLY for K1 Visas. a friend of mine who had same wt ur case waited for d court decicion til she set for an interview bcoz its very clear n d instruction that b4 filing a K1 or b4 interview, both parties are free to get married. If the consul denied you then denial has a big diff from delaying of issuance of visa...but still prayers is d best weapon to touch God's heart. Good Luck

Yes...she is now in Alabama...when her fiance applied for K1 that time, she intentionally not to include her form325A, so, she has no record at USCIS that time...but her laywer assured her that before the petition approved the annulment will be ok, so, before RFE received by her fiance, the result was already finalized in d court. She got approved May of 2007 at NVC, Consulate received d papers a week after, and 1 month before expiration of her NOA2 and thats on July of 2007, she called USEM to set an interview sched dated Sept 2007, a longer duration bcoz she was worried that time that NSO was not yet updated of d result of her annulmet case. The duration from USCIS approval-calling-set for interview date had a little bit longer gap, but shes fine now. Its only a matter of understanding on their instruction...



Cool.. but the only difference is that im sure your friends annulment is done and she was able to provide a annotated copy from NSO during the interview itself, In their case.. she went into interview with no Court decision yet.. and ofcourse, No annulment decree on hand to prove shes legally able to marry him. sad.gif


Actually, they had same situation...applied K1 while annulment case still going on. What my friend did, she was not in a hurry for interview bcoz she knows that it might affect her visa...she set an interview when she knows that annulment result was almost there. If she (vj member) waited another month til she set her interview date, denial wont happened to her...bczo she said that she was supposed to received the result last month, only one problem arised only that took her not to received the result on time...if she set her sched months after, and not weeks from result of annulmet case as per promised is subject to be changed, denial will be far away from her.Anyway, theres still always a second chance and good luck to everyone's journey.

It depends of how easy the evedince to gather..I was also go through on RFE but mine was easy...I was also nervous bcoz I was thinking that it will be cause of a delay or denial of our papers...after 3 days, a letter arrived from USCIS asking us to submit form 325A. I forgot to submit Biometric form both uf us. I was worried bcoz they only gave us 30 days to accomplish the form. And I am from Phil, and mail takes a week or more. Good that there is an LBC here in Phil it only took 3 days and he received my letter already. I sent Monday the Form 325A bcoz my signature is needed. My fiance received that on Thursday and he then forwarded that to this address

...dont use PO Box bcoz it will takes another week for them to get it bcoz everyday PO Box received a ton of letters and may cause of your letter delay. On December 10, our status changed to "Approval Sent"
