So the touches i saw last week were due to my phone call. All my touches are after phone inquire through RFE line. So really my petitions are not touched at all. When my husband called they said the same as to you neel06. I am very desperate too. We are so helpless. I don't know what to do I'm with you all! lol This wait stinks. I've seen some who were approved at the same however i've noticed both their petitions were sent to VSC and was not transfered. Our I-130 was transfered to CSC while our I129f was left in VSC. I've seen some of the Vj members who were approved on their I130 almost a month already and their k3 are still pending. As if, it was hold or something. I hope that won't happen to us. We hope we'll get our I129F approval soon... ahhhhhhhhh... we want to do k3. From the experience of other people here I can say that your I 129 F will be approve very soon. We are a march filer. My husband just want us to be together and likewise that is what i want too. Besides, we are hoping we can celebrate our birthdays together. That is what we're after. I hope that'll be the case vikasp. My husband just sent me an email and he said that he called VSC and he was told that they are reviewing our k3 application now and that we should be hearing from them within 30 days or sooner. My husband and i would want our K3 petititon to be approved cause we going for it. However, we feel like this has been hold or something cause, it was never touch. Any whiles you are together to celebrate it too! Isn't that ideal!!!! I am sooo happy for you both and even if you dont go the K3 route it is still good news knowing that something is happening!!! Still nothing from my side - it would be great to get some good news while I am visiting my hubby though. I leave tomorrow evening!!! Congrats Mia!!!!!! Thank you sam!!! We are very happy! it's a great month for us cause we are gonna celebrate his birthday, our anniversary and our K3 petition approval! Thank you lord. Patience really is a virtue! We already thought of going for I130 but now that the k3 has been approved we are going for that route instead BUt we're thinking of doing the I130 and i will just go back to my home country for the interview.
