They could have added that when they sent me the packet 3. It is Soooooo unfair. Now, i have to wait for a month to process the papers that they needed and another month to get another interview date. My husband and i, we really can't understand why they didn't inform us about it. Philippines	should i purchase a round trip ticket? or one way	Hi everyone! i'm planning to fly back to Manila this March. I am wondering if i should purchase a round trip or a one way ticket. Will this cause any issues in the immigration? Will they question me for buying a round trip ticket and since i have not sent my AOS application, am i considered a tourist here in the U.S? My husband and i had a long talk and we decided we will go for k3 so we can be together hopefully on my birthday(October) We are dying to be with each other. Hopefully, they will approve it soon. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I130 approved yesterday!!!	Hello everyone!!! My husband and i are so happy!!! Finally, we got our I130 approval yesterday! YAY!!!! Although we wanted to push through with k3, we are opening our doors for possibilities that probably CR1 is a better route for us. Considering that we don't have to do Adjustment of status and it's cheaper compared to k3. We would appreciate for any tips and any advices from everyone. God bless and thank you so much!
