Yeah we have lots of prove that were together physically at the time of conception, our documents all originals and follow intruction and complete all documents..... the only problem is no photo's together when i gave birth for our 2nd baby.. coz my hubby he plan to coming back here to pick up us.. now i understand you bob 4 ana for your reponse thanks.. so i will submit soon my 2nd baby documents...

Hi too all members of Vj journey happy New Year to all..

I am worried about Crba... But anyway I already done to our first child Crba last year,Here's my story This early this Year my hubby told me to file for our 2nd child CRBA My only problem is we dont have photo's together yet for our 2nd baby, Because he well be back here again once my visa is approve and picking up us here..,, that is why our first child is approved his CRBA last year becuase my hubby was here so we have lots of photos together, then that time he was vacation here i got pregnant until i gave birth last oct. so my hubby he plan to pick up is here when everything is approved......coz this year we file my spousal visa also..

To all those wo had an experience and the same problem like me please share it to me or please Help me to anyone who is done like mine problem...HuhUHu..
because i really want to be with him and our two boys I miss him a lot!!
Hope you'll understand my english im not so fluent to say it , pasensyana, Just help me..

I don't think they will request for DNA test for your second baby since you didn't had a problem with your first baby's CRBA.I think it will be more easier...just submit all the required documents written in the checklist and after all,your kids have the same father so no worries.

My daughter's CRBA was approved without DNA and me and my husband wasn't married that time yet and I didn't encounter any problem.

Some people even they have complete documents were requested for DNA because they want to make sure that the US citizen parent is the biological dad/mom of the applicant.
So you have to satisfy them with your proof of relationship,especially during the time of your conception of your baby..not only the complete documents for U.S. Physical presence of the father.

yeah it said , much more easier for my 2nd baby ,coz to my eldest son i dont have a problem for his first crba approved last year.....i have friends here in VJ member that we've been talked about crba they're k1 route all of them they required of dna test.....and yes my two son's are same father no worries for me...one of vj member here is done for crba process and she required dna test EVEN if they are complete documents she is k1 route also ,she told me it is required now for dna test,,for what i understand the last time i done for my eldest son crba the consul only required dna test if they are not satisified for the documents.....thats all..

hello VJ friends,

to everyone need to know if its really needed now to required DNA test even if complete documents ... cause i've heard TO all who is done to process of CRBA they're complete requirement but need to DNA TEST first , i just wondering why!!!! because the last year i was done crba to my eldest son was approved without dna test just only me and my son, now another again process for my 2nd baby 8 months old now for my son crba,.. i just thinking IF the consul they might require us DNA TEST at the interview even if we are complete requirements...no problem for me and my hubby if my son to get dna test ...the problem is dna test is so expensive.

Please enlighten me girls and to all mother's out there who are done to process of crba and to others are not done yet for crba..lets gather here...

my first daughter is 3 yrs old she got her us passport first and then the phils passport 1 month later, the 2nd daughter is 2 yrs old she got her phils passport first then 2 months later the american passport, at the airport it didnt matter which passport came first...all the matters is they have both passport...

Actually i inquired at our local bureau of immigration and its different from what they told me at BI in manila.

BI manila told me that if i fisrt got my sons phil. passport before the US passport issueance then i dont have to have the Exit permit.I'll just show both the Phil and US passport at immigration.

Local Bureau of immigration in our city told me that if the US passport was issued first before the Phil passport then i need to apply for exit permit....Iam confused but of course i'd rather follow what the main office in the phils rather.



Really sis, but my son i got his US passport first b4 phil passport but only 2 months lng pagitan lng nila.. so its mean i well get my son exit permit??? kasi nahuli ung phil passport ng anak ko.........waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

ah i see i understand now, so i need to wait for october appointment open first. thanks... and also question about ds-11 they are really neccesary filling out through online???... or i print it the ds-11 and i filling out using hand written?. coz for what i've read it says not accepting hand written... but i heard who is done for crba she was use hand written to filled out form of ds-11 and nothing problem they accepted.....and she approved for crba without dna test last august ... thats why am confusing the two option's.filling out through online or hand written,.. i did tried through online its hard for me....... i guess i will choose hand written of ds-11 form.....

Sakin, pinagawan ko ng police report n nawala ang passport ko and then u will submit it together with the other documents needed to apply for a new passport. Yon lang.

thanks sis... thanks sa pag helped mo sa akin.....at lam mo ba di na tiningnan lahat ung mga papeles ko ung kinuha lng marriage certificate transcrit record of school, passport ng asawa ko at sa akin, picutre namin tatlo 2x2, at nalaman na din ung record ng panganay ko... aproved tlga sis,ung mga tax return di na nila tiningnan kahit nga mga pictures namin di na rin tiningnan ehnagulat nga me eh.....pagdating sa consul pina oath taking lng ako un lng tapos.. kaso nga lng need ko send sa knila ang old passport ko.. kasi di ko ndala kanina, .naiwan ko ung old passport ko... un lng kelangan lng i send un sa knila......ang saya ko tlga sis natapos din sa wakas... next na mag file ng spousal visa ko......

I was on window 40 at that time waiting in line to be finger scanned when I heard the prescreener yell at an applicant. :crying: :crying: :crying: .I think the applicant was not ready with her papers at all.She was like filling up the forms in front of the prescreener and they took a VERY long time.Even after I was done with my finger scanning, she was still there and still being yelled at.I think she got nervous and was not answering the questions which was asked by the prescreener. That's why the prescreener got upset and yelled :( :( :( . I remember the prescreener asked her "Until when are you staying in the USA".The applicant didn't asnwer so the prescreener kept repeating and repeating the question and even translating it in Tagalog.I feel bad about what happened to that applicant.



kawawa nman ung applicant, sana naman intindihin din nila ung applicant seguro na nerbyos na un sa kakasigaw ng prescreener kahit naman ako ang sigawan nenerbyosin ako.. eh ako pa naman mahina sa pick up ng english word so kelangan slowly lng para ma pick up ko kung ano sinasabi ng english kasi di naman lahat eh nakakaintindi ng english, ang iba naman nahiya kong ano sasabihin baka mali ang pag eenglish....naawa ako dun sa applicant.. sana ok sya at sana pasado din sya... wag naman sana mangyari sa akin yan.. dios ko...kalahi pa natin ang nag yeyelling....
