K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	In the Twilight Zone	It's just my opinion but if your fiance has her visa and all paperwork is in order then there isn't much her ex can do about it. Unless she has something hidden that he can use against her then I wouldn't worry. Added later, try doing this. Book her flight but keep the date she leaves a secret. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	CSC Processing Dates	For those of us who are awaiting approvals post-IMBRA from CSC, KEEP WAITING. Our petitions are stacking up like firewood. It appears our worst fears have been answered. Please observe the 06 Mar 2006 processing date for CSC. Call me crazy but I think that is significant because 05 Mar 2006 is the last date not affected by IMBRA compliance. From what I have been reading from many of the members here, it appears that we'll be waiting a while for CSC to catch up on petitions pre-IMBRA. Not unless a miracle just falls from the heavens above, this might take a wee bit longer than any of us anticipated. What I have written is totally speculation. However, to date, CSC has not approved any visas in July from any of the folks here on VJ (that I have noticed). One VJ member wrote, something to the effect, that he will begin planning his wedding and retirement at the same time. Are there any optimists out there to give us hope? Ahmari Well, the only optimistic thing I can say is this. If they moved the date to March 6 that means they are done with all the pre-IMBRA petitions. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	CSC Processing Dates	let's see. on july 11 they were processing March 3. july 19 they are processing March 6. at that rate it's taking them 2 1/2 days to advance one. well at least i guess i can expect them to be processing mine by August 15 No, it just means they are afraid to step over the Mach 6 line. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	CSC Processing Dates	Hi guys, I just went online and checked the processing dates for CSC and they have been updated. For I-129F the date is March 6, 2006. They received mine on March 7, 2006, but my NOA1 is March 10, 2006. Should I be happy. Do I go with the NOA1 date or the date they received it? Yay! They have moved ahead 3 days since 7/11/06. LOL! Use your NOA1 date. They are just afraid to go past that imaginary line of 3/6/06. You got that right! At this point I refuse to get excited until it goes past the March 6 date. It's just their email system going nuts.The email you got is the same one everyone gets when they have your RFE. The peliminary processing part of the email just means they have done something to your case already. Maybe only looked at the date to see if IMBRA applies or it could be they did more. Who knows? Hopefully, things should speed up for everyone, considerably. With the IMBRA thing in mind, the Embassy backlogs may have cleared a bit. They have not received too many cases, as of late. This leaves time to clear backlog. Essentially, speeding things up across the board. Does that make sense? this sucks...this means if we're going to get approved july or august it is total of 8 months for us to be with our loves one Well the bitter facts of life are that some embassy's take a lot longer than others. All we can do is work the process and hope for the best. With the annulments and the visa it will take almost 3 years to get Luz here with me but it will all be worth it when she gets here!! NOTHING will stop me from getting her here with me! Luz is the love of my life and the light in my soul. I will not rest until we are together and some stupid IMBRA law or a long wait at the embassy will not deter me! I hate the delays but the prize at the end is happines and lifelong love. CSC is just a week behind them sending out the RFE's. I hope I pray I hope I pray Gomez is from vermont and we all know vermont is processing cases real fast. So I hope its the same in CSC also I noticed that 3 cases been approved today but their NOA1 is february so i hope ours is already in line for approval. On another note, I just found out from my lawyer that the Manila embassy is starting to catch up. Right now instead of a 6 month wait for an interview they are around 4 months. The longer they go without getting approved petitions the more they get caught up. So the way I see it the delays here for IMBRA translate to a shorter wait at the embassy. I found the answer to our question about TOUCHING haha	so we have new update stating that they recieved our RFE blah blah... uuuggghhhhhh Well, thats better news than you know! I got it also today BTW. It means that they have finished all other work on our petitions and all they need for an approval is the RFE. My lawyer said today that, by his previous experience, it only takes a few days to a few weeks to get a NOA2 from that point. Just look at the Vermont timelines, the ones that got the receipt of the RFE from the VSC got NOA2's just a week afterwards!! It's coming guys and gals!	GaryC	Male	Philippines	2006-07-06 19:34:00

If you elect to receive automated e-mail notification of case status changes, an e-mail message will be sent to you each time the status of the case is updated. Hmmm, now is that really true? I didn't get emails with any of my touches. Only when the status of my case changed. Thats right, you only get an email when the status changes. Not with touches. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA1	i filed an I-129f petition for my canadian boyfriend in may. we sent it from canada and uscis told me today that the first notice of action was sent to my mom in indiana on may29. she has not received anything. i'm guessing that one month mail time is way too long....??
