K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	The New CSC/NSC/TSC timelines are posted	I know if I was a petitioner from March, April, May or June I'd be really upset. I'm just curious how many of those from those dates are really still waiting, and how many are just 'inactive' on VJ. If I was proficient in HTML code, I'd at least add the "Last Active" date (hint hint ) Bill After I get the list I go through each and every one of the people that don't have their NOA2 yet. If they haven't been online at VJ in the last 6 weeks I don't include them on the list. Since I start from scratch every week if someone that was inactive comes back then they are on the next weeks list. At the top of the page you see "my assistant"? Click on that. The click on "add/edit" your timeline. You will need to put in the email address you used when you sign up. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Another approval from CSC	My approval absolutely is genuine (see separate thread - Approvall from CSC). I got triplicate e-mails from CSC when I checked this morning. I have not posted on this site before before but signed up because I felt I should do since I know from reading posts here over the last month just how many people there out out there waiting for news. Good luck everybody - I really hope you get your long awaited approvals ASAP. Abigail Forgive us for being so distrustful. We have all been hammered by the delays and don't want to be let down by false hope. Could you cut and paste your approval email? It would convince the more traumatized among us. At the rate they are spitting out NOA2's today it looks like someone said "see that pile of petitions? Get to it!!!" and they just dug in without regard for anything. Not much you can do. Document your relationship. Have a good reason for the change in partners (former hubby to former boyfriend) and just hope for the best. A good lawyer wouldn't hurt either. They could do any checks they wanted to with the copy, unless they thought the copy was a fake or something. I just sent in copies of my divorce. And make sure they are all 'certified' ... my fiance's (the USC) divorce papers were the ones sent to him in the mail by the lawyers, It had one red stamp on it. We received an RFE over the divorce papers/ My SO called the divorce lawyer who said he would need to take the papers to the court house to have them stamped with some kind of raised seal . They did not stamp the original papers but did a search and printed out a copy of whatever records they keep and stamped them. Sorry I can't be more specific- Im not in the US and didnt see the RFE, but I know I've seen posts by other members over the same thing, who may have more specific information. Why would you have gotten an RFE asking for certified originals of his divorce papers? The instructions on the I-129F form say copies are OK: Copies. If these instructions state a copy of adocument may be filed with this petition, you maysubmit a copy rather than an original. If you choose to send the original, U.S. Citizenship and ImmigrationServices (USCIS) may keep that original for our records. If USCIS requires the original, we will request it. If either you or your fiancé(e) were married before,give copies of documents showing that each priormarriage was legally terminated. It will take 4 weeks to get some sort of word about it. The other just sent me an email. It is even more full of BS. They just gave him the usual "it will be done in 60-90 days but since some processing has already been done it could be decided sooner" BS. I don't know.
