Sheldon (US) & Wendy (Malaysia) 2006-03-09 - I-129F Sent to VSC 2006-03-13 - NOA1 2006-03-25 - NOA2 2006-03-27 - NVC Received 2006-03-29 - NVC Left Not sure when Consulate Received 2006-04-10 - Sent email to local Consular, Consular advice that Packet 3 sent on 10 April 2006-04-21 - Received Packet 3! 2006-04-24 - Sent DS230 Part 1 and Checklist back to Embassy 2006-04-28 - Packet 4! 2006-04-29 - Medical check-up (result will be ready in 5 days) 2006-05-11 - Interview Day!!!! - APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2006-05-17 - Got a call from my Embassy, my case recall!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2006-05-19 - Suppose to pick up my VISA and passport Man that is terrible! It looks like this all depends on how you answered the question of how you met. If you said a IMB or gave an ambiguous answer then you get looked at. There should be a way to do a proper table with cells and such in BB code but I just haven't found it yet. Jaylen Brit, did you just choose the [code=auto:0] tags and then the spacing stayed with the table? Thats kind of cool if that is the way it works. Adele I know that some of this can be gotten from the timelines but the returns and the dates they are sent back are not there. I wanted to get the whole picture. Lets get a list together here of everyone that got NOA2's that have NOA1 dates of March 6 and later. Include the type of visa (k1 or k3), the country for the fiance and the service center. Also, anyone that had an approved petition returned to the service center please list that and the center you used. I will try to put it in some sort of form so we can get a better idea of what is going on. We will also be able to track the progress of the centers as they try to deal with this. I know that some of this can be gotten from the timelines but the returns and the dates they are sent back are not there. Hi Gary, As you are helpful and brilliant. let's I ask you a question (asked you before) I have read on some forums that the dating websites : yahoo personal, match.com..etc., might be considered as a Marriage broker, it is good idea to give info such as address (I don't know where). I would like my fiancé (USC) give them the information too, but he said “No! and trust me sweety ” ( he confirmed with a lawyer that match.com not) alternatively, I think we should add additional sheet! that is good idea? Thanks in advance, Littleone Ok, I am not a lawyer so take this as just my opinion. If you can TRUTHFULLY answer no to the question "Did you meet through a IMB?" then no other info is needed. You should have described how you met in your letter of intent anyway and IMO no other info is needed on that one. One other thing. IMBRA does not stop honest people from bringing in their loved ones. It only informs the fiance of a dangerous USC. The only ones that have anything to worry about are the criminals that have something to hide. I wonder if that is why he is so upset? Just wondering, not accusing. IMBRA Special Topics	California Service Center RFEs have been sent out	Something weird happend today. My lawyer emailed me on thursday of last week telling me that my RFE came in. He sent it to me and I got it on friday. It was a white paper that looked like a fax with the question pages (2). I filled it out and sent it in. Today my lawer calls me and said that he got another one! This time it was a blue one. He said he sent it to me and said it would be best if I send this one in because it looked like the original. When I got home today from seeing my family for the weekend what do I see in my mailbox? ANOTHER BLUE RFE!!! Wow! I don't know what to think. The 3 RFE are the same except the first one was a copy on white paper. I will send the one I got in the mail today on wed. Anyone else get a white one first followed by a blue one???? Monica I sent it back Express Mail from the USPS. There was only one address to send it to, the P.O. box one. The RFE I got isn't like the one that is pinned.
