its nonsense to print them all, its a waste of time and money. just select a few conversation, about 5 pages perhaps, print screen call logs history thats it. if all your papers are ok CO wont even bother to look at them.

USCIS Service CentersAny NOA2 from VSC lately???

"working on August" means very little.
all info passed on seems to reflect that USCIS is buried.

not all June visas for K1 are processed yet,
some are still left behind.
The early July NOA1 are trickling through after a long
and slow process time.

as for us - late July NOA1 , we are still waiting.
with a little tailwind, we may see NOA2 within
the next 2 weeks to clear July.

it is awful how long the delays have been but we all know USCIS
got buried by other types of humanitarian visas.
I feel most of all for servicemen and women especially the married ones..
read the story of the marine that died - widow left behind and no permanent papers.

best estimates on K1s run at 6 months - reality right now more like 7+

hi, were the same. our NOA1 was July 13, touched oct 20&21 and thats all about it. until theres no any progress or update ever since. looks like they totally abandoned all K1 applicants. we called yesterday and the lady says processing for K1 range from 5month to 9 months, way far from their much published time frame and way far from most people who luckily got theirs done for as fast as 2 if not 3 months.

the lady also denied about prioritizing of humanitarian visas. theres someone in this forum calling all K1 applicants to all together try to get USCIS attention in giving us the due process we all deserve.

USCIS Service CentersVSC Processing

Called USCIS today and the operator looked up my K1 visa application and found that I was indeed passed the 5 month processing target. So the operator said that she would open a report on my appplication...but when she looked at VSC she said that they were currently processing July 10, 2010 applications so she could not open a report on mine yet. She said that I would have to wait until it was reported by VSC that they were processing visa applications past my NOA1 date of AUG 5, 2010.

Just letting everyone know what I heard. Getting closer each day....

LOLPosted Imagecould be the same operator we talked to before xmas time haha! we were then told the same thing & so far a friend of mine whose a July 12 filer got approved and then few others late July filers but ours whose July 13th got skipped maybe? well, welcome to the club of " chasing USCIS" LOLPosted Image peacePosted ImagePosted Image

USCIS Service Centersa friend of mine is out of status now, she came here in fiancee visa
hmmm...i wonder if this is the girl i know. who came here and after 8days asked her fiance if when theyre going to get married. then when he answered "NO RUSH" she got mad and told him "if it wasnt rush then why the hell you let me come over here? you should have let me stay with my family instead!

And then since then, they started fighting everyday. She would give him attitude for not buying her a cellphone, she complains that he wont let her meet new friends and hang out, she complains that he wont let her wear sexy clothes and she complains and so mad of him for telling her that she needs to earn his trust as the poor guy have been burned many times.

Eversince that day, she would always pick a fight, show attitude of superiority and would dare him to buy her a ticket so she could go home becoz her life is WAY much better in PI.

One day he took her to his office, she turned on the music s loud that made the fiance mad and told her that if she wanted soundtrip she should wear a headset becoz theyre in the office. Again she got mad, didnt look at him and out of no where once again asked him where is her ticket? the guy got pissed and took her home.

On their way home she told him that she wanted to passby a store to buy something but he said no, again she got mad and started asking about her ticket. They got home, via internet she asked me if i could call the ticketing office as she said its only him who went inside so i did but they said call back on monday. As soon as the fiance came home, she asked him if did he really booked her ticket or not. the guy was quiet and she went on saying so you mean you lied??? the guy got so pissed off he left and when back got the ticket booked but she canceled it as she says she already changed her mind. Days went on, fighting everyday went on the guy refuse to buy her ticket again.

One day when they fought again, after the guy left, she went walking to the bus station to go to some Jewish Mother to hang out. she went there alone and no permission. The same thing the next day, but later when she got home she found out that all her stuff is outside the house and the apartment locked up. She left and stayed with her frens, she told me the guy was texting her but she didnt wanna go back. Few days after that she called me and told me she met a new guy from cali and that hes really nice and was sending her money so i told her okey use that to buy ur plane ticket.

This girl has so many stories, all untrue, never matching up. sometimes she would say she wanna go home then the next she wanted to stay and marry another guy. She kept on reseaching for ways even thought she could use the waiver stuff to adjust status.

I have kept statements from her asking me and my husband to take her from her fiance's house and that she would stay to our house and later would just get work permit but my husband says no.

She had plans and intention to stay illegally in the US.

As of now one of the girl shes talking to suspected shes actually been living with another guy and she even said : it is wrong if i fell inlove"?

Im hoping OP is not referring to this girl who as of now is soliciting money for her " so called ticket to go home" becoz i think she dont intend to. and obviously the post says otherwise.

Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)2.5 months in AR followed by denial

I really don't want to say this, but when I read that you met her for three days and you "support her 100%", first reaction is SCAM.

And this is us VJers, the CO probably thinks this, only worse. You really need to spend more time with her in order to get approval.

Agreed!Posted Image Always expect the unexpected thought & imagination/reaction from the CO. With all these fraud going on, failed K1 cases which most of them had a valid docs, required meeting time during interview yet when arrive here in the US it all falls apart and end up splitting not to mention of choosing to be illegal, i really cant blame the CO for his decision. Plus i think your fiance didnt have a nice conversation with her CO during her interview and thats really is a plus

National Visa Center (Dept of State)HK Police Certificate Confusion

National Visa Center (Dept of State)HK Police Certificate Confusion

Hi Folks,

Well, things are starting to roll for our NVC processing and wife and I are both still collecting what we need. The one thing that still has us both confused is the HK police clearance requirements. Wife worked there for 2 years before we got married, so we need one. HK police web site says they need an official letter from the US Govt, with wife's name on it, saying that the US requires the police certificate to process my wife's visa. Does anybody know which letter this is?

I've searched the forums for hours and read a lot of seemingly contradictory things about this. In one case I read that the letter HK needs comes in a package sent by NVC after they have forwarded the package to the consulate. In another thread, I read that the NVC needs the police certificate to complete the case in the first place, so it must be provided before you even get the letter that says that you need it (I think that's what they were saying). In another case, I read that the wife has to go to the US Embassy (Manila in this case) and get a letter from the embassy stating this requirement.

Anyway, does anybody have some light to shed on this? I would really appreciate it.

hello, is your wife in manila now?
i think she can go to HK embassy and try to request from there.
i knew someone that had to get a police clearance but its in the middle east and since she was already in manila she had to go to their embassy to request it.
not very sure how it works for HK but its worth a try. if not im sure they can provide her some useful info on how to obtain it. goodluckPosted Image

National Visa Center (Dept of State)STUCK at NVC, case number is WRONG-USCIS FAULT

Sorry to hear of this.. but i'm sure it's fixable fist thing to do is calm down. You stated USCIS sent the wrong case number. With that being said shouldn't you be in contact with USCIS so they can forward the correct information if not corrected...?

thank you for the reply, yes we did sent USCIS before and sent them the information needed. plus when we filed the paperwork we stated clearly that the interviewing consulate is MANILA.
Unfortunately USCIS didnt do the update for the past six months that our file was with them.

Yes, i will tell my fiance to email or call USCIS and see if they can fix it for us. Thank you

National Visa Center (Dept of State)STUCK at NVC, case number is WRONG-USCIS FAULT
Im not sure if im posting at the right forum, but if anyone reads it please help.

We got our NOA2 January 12 then it was sent to NVC the next day, its already the 31st and yet our case is still in NVC. 2 weeks ago we found out that they assigned us a wrong CASE NUMBER because of the stupid USCIS fault.

After calling NVC many times, every time we call they keep on asking if we sent them the info they need to update address. It sounds to me like these people that answers the phone is not any less as stupid as USCIS call agents.

Now my main question is, is there anybody we should request to talk to once got connected to NVC? coz the 3 people my fiance got to talk to are as dumb as a monkey.

Please share if you know any way we can do to get our case solve pleaseeeeeeeeee!

thank you

National Visa Center (Dept of State)got NOA2 hard copy w/c states MANILA CONSULATE

That is BS...they dont need to send it to the wrong consulate and then to the right one..good way for it to get lost! :bonk:

When you call back tomorrow, if you dont get the answer you like, ask to talk to a supervisor (dont know if you have done that yet). Hope this all gets figured out. Bad part is, your case is just briefly at the NVC and gets sent out to the consulate.

I know hindsight is 20/20, but I think for future people reading this, just put the embassy of where you intend to do the interview on the petition.

i will definitely ask to talk to a supervisor tomorrow. hopefully this issue gets fixed. on the other, just to answer your statement, we did wrote and made it clear which consulate she is interviewing, does i entirely dont understand how NVC came up with the wrong case number or assigning a wrong consulate when its all clearly stated that the right one is manila. i am just so amazed how stupid and dumb this people work. its highly unbelievable and unacceptable.
Zharren YoungFemalePhilippines2011-02-01 01:09:00
National Visa Center (Dept of State)got NOA2 hard copy w/c states MANILA CONSULATE

USCIS got the confirmation, but I bet they didnt pass it on to the NVC....2 separate entities. Have you called the NVC back?

yep! called them since last week and i get different answer all the time asking me again and again to send them an email which i always do once i got off the phone and yet today i still got the same answer...were looking into it and please send us the information required. worst is someone told me that they can only send it to the assigned consulate then we can request from
there to send it to the right one...how stupid could that be. why would they insist on sending to the wrong consulate when it is bold and clear stated in our NOA2 that its manila philippines and not bahrain. also we have given them request emails and phonecalls to correct it and yet they insist to still send it there? i was almost losing it, wanted to scream at the guy over the phone. finally someone told me to call them tomorrow so i'll hold my temper till then. otherwise i might have to contact my congressman or senator and see if they can help me tell this monks the right thing to doPosted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image

National Visa Center (Dept of State)got NOA2 hard copy w/c states MANILA CONSULATE

So what consulate was it supposed to go to? Your fiancee if filipina right? What did your NVC case number start with?

case number started with MNA which stands for manama bahrain where she worked before and was still when we filed the petition. but a month after that she went back to PI and we made the change of address to USCIS which they acknowledge and got receipt of confirmation from them as so as it states in our NOA2 hard copy. so iam so pissed off that NVC is f*cking it up again. unfortunately everytime i call i get the different nonesense topnotch BS answer. National Visa Center (Dept of State)got NOA2 hard copy w/c states MANILA CONSULATE
got our hard copy of NOA2 and it says the consulate is MANILA PHILIPPINES so now we are wondering why the HECK f**kin NVC gave us a wrong case number w/c refers to another consulate? Who to blame, who to talk to to get this one fixed???

NOA2 also states that its forwarded to the LISTED(means listed on the NOA2 hard copy) consulate. does it mean it went there straight already? or do they have it in their system electronically and that NVC customer service just dont know what theyre talking about or they really have it and screwed it up?

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresLiving and working in Kuwait

Sounds like you did everything right.
One thing: the K3 is obsolete, and is usually closed at NVC stage anyway. You want the CR-1 spousal visa, which leads to immediate greencard upon entry to the USA. Check out the guide here: http://www.visajourn...tent/i130guide1

i think it could have been faster if you did DCF, direct consular filing. but since you already filed she will be needing these from philippines for her interview at the US embassy in Kuwait. CENOMAR, NBI, police clearance from Kuwait and Cert True Copy of BC.

They are talking about Visitor/Tourist/Business/Student visas That link goes to the Nonimigrant visa unit of the embassy.

K-Visas are handled by the IMMIGRANT visa unit. That part of the site has form link directly to the page I referenced in my prior post.

Just an opinion, so that there would be NO DELAY in the future try to get police clearances in places where you have lived over six months since at the age of 16 and above..
You can check online where to get police certificates in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Maybe call Kuwait and Saudi's embassy
(here in Phils)on how to get....Just to clarify;)

I also have an expired police certificate from UAE(got it before i left the country). i hope they will consider it:)
Good luck girl:D

yeah thanks, did email kuwait embassy and they confirmed that its not possible for me to apply one becoz i no longer reside there. im now just waiting for saudi's confirmation. i have my bahrain CID clearance that i requested before coming home and about to get my NBI clearance as well. hope its all good.

have you shed your interview yet? what stage are you on now? please share-thanks!

excuse me? well i dont need your sarcastic opinion!

So yes, if you were in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia for more than 6 months you need police clearances from each of them also.

Good luck

well i already checked on their website and it says i cant apply unless im still residing there. applicants residing outside kuwait & saudi cant have police clearance. im assuming that the embassy knows i cant get one so i'll submit my bahrain clearance and NBI instead
