K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	How comes???	Judging by timelines, some who sent later then us already received Noa 2, but us not yet. Why so? Why that happen. Shouldnt be IMBRA, we sent new I-129F form. RFE? Wow....it's been an ENTIRE month! Obviously, someone at VSC hates you. Come on, I just asked. We are all messed up here. It sucks that we cannot have more control over the process and we can't actively do anything that would make the process faster or better for us. I just try to focus on the end of it all - a very happy ending to the whole visa nightmare. We all will eventually be with the people we care about and we will look back and understand that all the waiting and anxiety were worth it. Hang in there! Yes, I agree. Somehow it is worth it. I understood how much can be in person, how much can found out just in communication online, how deep can be feelings, and how hanging even sometimes very hard times it makes us so strong. And this would never ever happen in reality, in regular dating or so, we would never get know so much about each others feelings, inside and character. Its wonderful, and i could never ever believe this will be me with who it happens, and if someone would say this before, i would laught. Some of us have had to wait six months or longer for our I-129s to process. If I were you, I would think about relaxing. [/quote] For God sake I know some have longer waiting times and when I look in timelines I feel so damn sorry about them. And i know that i am lucky about Vermont and Warsaw. But does it makes me feel better that some is in more crazy situation. I dont want to compare with some that is more unhappy and enjoy that i am more lucky. And i really will soon explode. I would be more happy if i could have hundred tasks and things to do here already about this, so i could know i can do something, that i could have feeilng that things move. I feel like idiot in policy mashinery, dependant from circumstances and luck. It drives me crazy. Destiny is not fair. So maybe someone heard me, some higher power... So i looked in case account online and there is writen: Current Status: This case has been approved. On August 28, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours. So we are APPROVED? Are we? I cant believe in this. So it is so? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	One more question	Hi All, Our lawyer in the States in his checklist of documents to supply with the I-129 form has asked me to submit my Indian passport copies to him. I have not seen this anywhere else being mentioned, but since my passport has been sent to the passport office here, for some corrections, I can't send my passport copies right now. However, I do have my Indian birth certificate and its translations ready and can send them to him. Since we don't want to wait for the passport to come back before we apply for the I-129, I was wondering, if anyone has any experience in this? Do we need my passport to apply or can we go ahead with just my birth certificate for now? Has anybody receied an RFE for this? Thanks in advance Indian fiance This is not required. Your biographic datas only in g-325 needed. Benefecary will need these papers at intervew, not when send in I-129F. Maybe its because India is big country, maybe its easier for them if they are making namecheck about you in your corner. Maybe she just mixed something. Send in new I-129F form!!! I think its up to embassy. Gather some information about embassy and find members who experienced this in your corner. So you can be more assured. Knowing some standart questions, you can already practicize your answers. I have heard good references about Warsaw embassy. Most they look at is papers anyway, so if financess will be in order and your police certificate will be "white", all should go well. All they want to check are you able to intrance in usa with this kind of visa and function there oneday. If you are not crazy narcoman or terrorist, and they will see your relation is ongoing and intentions are honest, noone should be denyed. I never heard that it happened in warsaw. I do not just sit around and wait now, but already do what we will have to do soon. Can anyone tell me what I could already prepare for the next steps (documents etc.)? Cheers, Ter First what I did is tryed to contact these who went though this process in my corner. (Austria in your case) I founded some very kind and great persons, who shared their experience. Gather papers you might need: *Probably you can get police certification already. ( up to country) *Maybe you can do some analyses already and of course, shots. Well, just because I'm restless I decided to call NVC, and they told me that they had received and processed my case on WEDNESDAY! I was shocked because I thought it would take like a week or so to get there. And try to print them, will see what printer says about this. Although papers what he send in there from my side was in A4. Also, should be that all embassies use the same forms, and the same updatet latest version from official USCIS home page should be ok. Sign and data of course i will do handwriten.
