IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	please.. i really need help!	My husband received a NOA2 last october 2,2013.. It says in the notice that they approved our I-130 and they will transfer it to NVC.. He keep on calling NVC to get our case number but they told him that it is not yet on their system and that waiting time is 8 weeks.. Today, november 29, he called NVC again and still its not on their supystem. He decided to call USCIS. Worst thing is the USCIS told him that it may take 90 days to transfer it to NVC. how come the notice says that it would be 30 days only?
