Anna has never asked me for anything. She would never say "Hey I/we need this, can you send me some money".

In fact after I finally convinced her to let me send her a laptop we were told that we had to pay 12,000Php import tarriff. Of course I just wanted her to get the laptop so we could use magicjack & YM web cam easier so I Western Unioned her the money for the tarriff. I almost went crazy as she spent 3 days arguing with DHL to get the tarriff reduces to under 500Php! Then she was going to send me back the rest of the money!

Even today, after 7 months of marriage she doesn't ask for anything. Of course I always send enough so she has extra.

We had a situation were it looked like USCIS was going to have to deny my I-130 petitions for her and our son. We were sure that they'd never be able to come to the US. Not for a second did she even think about leaving me. We just started thinking about how we could work it for me to visit every year for a few years and finally move to PH to live out the rest of our lives together.

During all of this she always thinks about me and has been my strength when I had none.

I have no doubts that Anna is my heart. We are 2 halves of the same soul.

So what is it about her? Everything... Simply everything about her. What more can I say, how can I explain Love when there is no begining and no end?

Uhm,sis,if the medical needs urine sample,you will definately fail if you go there during youre period,because there would be presence of blood on the urine and its hard to determine if its from the period or you are sick. But still theres no harm in trying. goodluck!

Hi chris@beth! I just received a notification from NVC that they already received my ds3032 and they will going to send the IV bill to my husband in his email. I'm really thankful to God that he is guiding our journey and hope it will be smooth until i go in my medical and interview.

ksi po i know guard gonna ask u if u have the appointment letter beside if u want to know that u need to take sputum exam try to take a medical in other hospital than u pay 10500 pesos. diba?



yes the guard will ask you if you have the appointment letter,BUT if you want to do an early medical just bring a copy of NOA2 or letter from NVC and they will allow you to have it early.That's based on CR/IR visa applicants who did the medical early.and even if you need to take sputum test/s or not you still have to pay 10,500 anyways for the medical,so why not just go straight at SLMEC? and the reason or logic behind an EARLY medical is to not have so much delay,just incase there's somethin wrong with the Chest Xray/Medical.

well, Amy is my friend and she had her medical in advance
she just showed her NOA2 and the NVC letter with the manila case number to
the security personel there at St.lukes.. and 10,480 pesos fee(bring 10,500).
they asked her about her appointment letter she just said no
appointment yet.. they allowed her..presto! she had her medical.

and also Sheila.. her VJ name is topaz..
we were together when she had her medical.. she doesnt have an embassy letter and appointment
letter because their paper that time was stuck at NVC
she just showed to the security her noa2 and nvc letter. that's all.. she passed the 2 day
medical and will have her interview on the 22sept.

Not sure if this makes sense or not so I could use some suggestions from someone that has gone thru this.


I would recommend you purchase your ticket once you already have the visa stamped on your passport. and she already has her passport in hand. smile.gif

The question for those that have already done this...Is it normal for the examining physician to ask about marriage history like her annulment? Reason for separation? She was asked to bring her annulment papers today (2nd day).

We were kind of upset because this is a medical examination and see no relevance why this information is needed unless you good people can tell me?? Other than for gossip use? I didn't see this in the requirements to bring to the medical exam.

We felt we should have asked questions but just swallowed our pride so that she can finish her exams.

Just sharing and maybe someone here has gone through the same thing..it really feels like invasion of privacy.



well for me they asked me what did i finish? did i finish college? and why come to the US? i was surprise but just answered them anyways. just tell your fiancee to just finish the medical to get over and done with the medical smile.gif after all once its done she's never coming back..

you can download the DS230 on the USCIS website. The cover sheets needs to be attached to the DS230.
btw,make sure you send the DS230 on the address thats on the coversheet.
Just to be sure bring every documents you have. Its better to have so much than be denied just because of one document. right?
