Philippines	Anyone else in the same boat as I am ?	what is the closest amount of time between a medical and a interview ? does anyone know ? Philippines	Anyone else in the same boat as I am ?	Seems like the Fiancee has alot of travelling to do before we are in each others arms, she is from Hilongos, Leyte and her travels are as follows: 1st trip, fly from Leyte to Manila(Round trip)for Medical 2nd trip, fly from Leyte to Manila(Round trip)for Interview at the Embassy 3rd trip, fly from Leyte to Manila(Round trip)for CFO 4th trip, fly from Leyte to Las Vegas (One way) to be united forever. The first three trips will of course include her staying at the BOCOBO HOTEL, Pocket Money and her sister accompanying her since I dont want her to travel alone.... Alot of expenses but well worth it, anyone else on the same boat as I am as far as travelling to Manila for the requirements ? any suggestions to make this more efficient? WOW!so many plane ride to make,I'm glad I'm just in Pampanga,coz i have a baby to always bring everywhere i go!.why not include her CFO seminar on the days of her medical nor after her interview...I believe she have to have a stamp of CFO sticker in her passport,proof that she attended it.How can she get it if her flight will be direct leyte to Las vegas???just wondering??coz she will only get her passport few days or weeks after she passed her interview??? Philippines	How much does it cost to get a new POSTAL ID???	I think they are correct i forget where but i presented my postal ID and they asked for another one so i gave all my ID's SSS,voter's even old school ID's....I got my daughter's passport last jan,i paid Php750! BTW,did you asked your wife already about the prices of this???Did she make way to know all the prices of this???I just notice that your 2 post have something to do with money matter. Philippines	FORM I-134 Affidavit of Support,Tax Retuns...	2009 Tax Returns were not due until April 15th of this month. Some people will do a extension and not have to file until October 15th of 2010. Philippines	FORM I-134 Affidavit of Support,Tax Retuns...	Here are the questions: 1.The I-134 form is dated march 8 2010,is that OK? or we have to get another one? 2.In the I-134 form my fiance fill no 3.This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:with my name including our daughter. but in the no. 8.The following person are dependent upon me for support,he answered NONE.Is that correct??or he should put me and our daughter there??? 3.I just noticed that the Tax Returns he sent are incomplete 2004-2008,the 2009 is missing instead he sent me his Social Security Statement dated Sept.1, 2009.Will i need to ask him to send me the 2009 tax return?or will this SS statement OK? Philippines	What is happening???	I completely understand.. I'm going to visit Milagros next week, and I'm already dreading leaving her again for the 60 days before she comes here for good.. She started crying in HK back in January and it just brought me to tears in the middle of the airport.. It's not easy, but soon it will all be over.. Good Luck & God Bless!!! SALAMAT!!! Philippines	What is happening???	I'm looking at your timeline... It's about 10-14 days from the day NVC sends it to when it's actually in their system.. They're even running a bit slower now than before.. So maybe 26-April it should be entered.. (but you can of course keep calling) Good Luck! YAH,and i just had a flood of tears while talking to my fiance 2 hrs ago..Its so unfair but like what you said keep calling,,that's what they say call on the 26or 27.. Philippines	What is happening???	oh well my LOVE is done calling the embassy today and they say no record still but what can we do that's LIFE!!!hahaha I will just enjoy taking care of our baby for now and wait...and wait....and more waiting... The next time we call NVC and they still say our Papers are still in USCIS,do you think its ok that we contact USCIS to ask what is happening with our case?So confused The woman my fiance talked to said they were able to provide us our Manila case number coz they once received our case last dec.but just sent it back to USCIS for review...WHAT???? Philippines	What is happening???	Are you getting mixed up about the NVC with the embassy ? The NVC is the only one that assigns the MNL case number so they did recieve it from the USCIS. Otherwise you wouldn't have any MNL number. That only comes from the NVC. The NVC doesn't send it back to the USCIS. NVC sends to Manila embassy. At that point there's some delay in the mail for them to recieve. As soon as it leaves the NVC manila embassy gets an "electronic copy" you should be able to verify this by calling the embassy and giving them your MNL case number. At that point you only are waiting for the papers to arrive in manila to schedule interview. does that make sense ? or do I not understand your question ? SORRY to get you confused too,and all you've written make sure a lot of sense!We will sure call embassy again to follow up,Its just that i just wanna figure out why NVC gives us MNL case number last april 12 and now my fiance talked to NVC employee and she is telling my Fiance they didn't even received our case from USCIS... Philippines	What is happening???	MNL number is your case number and number used going forward after NVC. It's the number used by Manila embassy. Yah i know that,but why is it that the NVC tells my fiance that the USCIS didn't send the petition yet to them and they don't have it yet and am just so confused that they gave us manila case number already..??? Philippines	What is happening???	When I first called the embassy for our appointment to ask if they had our file they said they had the electronic copy only and not the papers mailed from NVC yet. The lady said I need to wait 2 weeks before I call again and wait for my fiancée to recieve a letter from embassy letting my fiancé know she can come for interview. Instead of waiting 2 weeks, the next day I used the email form on the Manila embassy website. I gave them our MNL number and asked them if the recieved our file. Within 4 hours I got a reply by email. They said we have your file and you can call to make appointment. Then I called and made the appointment. I asked the lady but what about the letter I am supposed to wait 2 weeks for. She said that's only a letter to tell her she can call to make an appointment and since you are making appointment now she can discard it. They gave me appointment confirmation number and asked my fiancée's email where they sent her the interview confirmation. This one they said she needs to print to take to BDO for payment and also for entry on interview day. If I would have listened to the first lady that said I needed to wait for the letter I would have wasted a few weeks at least. I'd recommend using the email form from the site to see if they have your case yet. I am talking about NVC here,my fiance called them last april 12 to get our MNL case no.and they gave it..then we called embassy right after to ask if they have our case,they said not yet..We then decided to call NVC again to asked when did they shipped our case to manila,only to get an answer that they don't even received our case from USCIS How come they gave us a MNL Case number when they don't have it	CATHYlovesRICK	Female	0	2010-04-20 08:45:00
