IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	So happy for all my L-girls out there - LoveMyTico, LucyBelle, and LifeOnHold!!!  Congratulations!!!  And all the others, too!!!!   I'm in Australia - so I cannot call until much later tonight (if I can stay awake that long!) - but I checked my CEAC page and both my AOS and Civil Documents say "N/A" at this point.   Now...my AOS has been complete for over a month now - it was the IV packet that was holding us up.  So I don't know what to make of the N/As on our screen - but I will call as soon as they open (which will be 7 a.m. on Tuesday EDT US - and 9 p.m. Australian Eastern Time Tuesday night), and find out if we have good news too.   Praying that LindyStephan gets good news soon, too.  Steve and I have been neck and neck since we got our Case Numbers....   Sukie       Thanks Sukie, I hope you get your cc soon too!!! I have good news for us. I just woke up and checked the IV site and I noticed like the others the AOS fees is now N/A.  Cannot wait to call and to find out. Your case is COMPLETE!!!!!!!!" And then I yelled, "FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!" ::insert dancing emojis with sunglasses which I have been saving for Case Complete and now can't use them because I am on a mobile device:: Thank you so much to all of you with your patience and well wishes. Is the AOS paid thingy supposed to change?   Maybe it's old news, but I find it out of this world that you can check the status of your nvc case (AOS and IV separately). IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	I get the same thing when I us the link...  It takes me back every time     I  sooooooooo want to call right now...  I know for sure my AOS said Paid today... And I just happened to check again because it was posted here  again...  The N/A for the AOS instead of paid is not clickable either.     I have to wait  to call because if I don't get an update, I'll want to call later  ....   Haha, you should.. just for the heck of it   Umm... Just checked CEAC portal and it now says my AOS fee is N/A which it didn't earlier today. Just said PAID. on hold now. Wonder if the rumor of it changing after CC is true. Hahaha! Where?!?!?   When you logon (you notice that the login system has changed to start with) and then you get that table with information about the AOS and IV. I will create a screenshot if you cannot find it.   Now we are stalking the CEAC site for N/A changes.... Had breakfast with Snikit15 and her lovely family, and saw Jajaju and Razspaz13!!!!! Julie has been approved!!! Now we wait for her passport to come back to us!!! Our Case Officer did not give us a time frame but I overheard the CO in the next booth say it would take about one week. One year ago today, we received our NOA1! Whew!!!!!   Congratulations Sukie! Good luck, I hope you have a speedy approval ahead.     USCIS likes to send a lot of text/email notifications. Sit tight and don't let these texts worry you, this deluge of notices has been common among transfers but the content of them isn't accurate. Since you received the first notification yesterday, hopefully you'll have the hard copy by the end of this week, and that will tell you where your petition has actually been transferred to (California, Nebraska, or Texas).    Agreed. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Admitted drug use once	My fiance had his medical check up at st lukes and admitted on using "shabu" once in the year 1999(gggrrr!!) . Advised for a psych eval and psych just asked basic info and family bacground ,nothing about drug use. Then after ok'd for Immunizations . Will have interview at usem this month. Any advice during the interview and any hope for approved visa ?! Huhuhu... And also in ds 230 form should he say yes to the question about drugs? Pls helppp! Thank u!
