Asia: South	Missing original document for interview	Happy New Year everyone !! I have ran into a problem , and pray their is a simple solution that you guys can give me. My husbands interview is Jan 7Th. I have sent all the documents to my husband, which he received just the other day. When going though them he notice I had not sent his police clearance from his home state Swat , but he does have his police clearance for where he is currently living in , Islamabad and has been living there for over the past 2 yrs. Do you guys think they will except a copy of his Swat clearance ? As there is no way if I snail mail it , it will arrive on time. Asia: South	GOT CR1 VISA FROM NEW DELHI	hi vj frends My interview was on july 8,2009 at new delhi. Here is my interview experience...........I reached embassy at 7.45 a.m.,joined the queue already 10-12 people were ahead of me.....got my interview letter checked..enter the main gate...got security checked .......entered another door where i was issued a token number.....sit on nicely placed chairs infront of screens...on these screens the token numbers were displayed....all different category visa people have to wait there first...then my number displayed on screen in 10 minutes i went inside and got my biometrics done and submitted medical report n passport...there was very nice n polite indian lady doing biometrics...SHE WITHIN 5 MINUTES RETURNED my all original documents that were submitted by my wife at NVC along with opened medical report envelope .....was then told to sit on available seats.......very nice neat seating arrangement with A/C ON so no scorching heat........after 10 more minutes my number again displayed to another window.......a white lady was there...i greeted her......she smiled very nicely.....ASKED ME TO SIGN ds 230 !!...questions begins.... 1.WHO IS SPONSORING YOU? 2.WHEN YOU MET FIRST?HOW U MET? 3.WHEN YOU MET PERSONAALY? 3.WHEN N WHERE WAS MARRIAGE? 4.HOW MANY PEOPLE ATTENDED WEDDING? 5.PLEASE SHOW PICS OF PARENTS WITH WEDDING COUPLE(BOTH SIDE PARENTS TOGETHER??) 6.ANY PICS WITH BOTH PARENTS AFTER MARRIAGE? CONGRATULATIONS................................................................. .......................MR.SINGH UR VISA IS ISSUED AND U WILL GET UR PASSPORT BY COURIER WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS?????OMG OMG OMG......I WAS SOOOOOOOO HAPPY................... hardly 10 minutes n interview was over????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????so my dear friend u see whole process took just hardly one complete hours...waiting for my passport n then will fly to Join my sweet sweet swetheart..................my sukhi darling..........i luv u sukhi..................... Is there any other means or times to contact them? They are not responding to my mails either. I need information regarding transfer of credits. would it be better to get degree from pakistan (since i have only 2 and a half semesters left before i get my degree) or move to the usa and complete rest of the education there(not all my credit hours will transfer and i might have to take TOEFL or some other tests and i might have to study longer than i have to in study pakistan to meet the degree requirements). i have intentions to study further.MSc and then phd perhaps. what would an engineer who got his/her degree in bsc from UET lahore or taxila and then moved to usa to get his/her msc degree? what would a guy who studied in UET and then completed his/her degree over there in usa.(did it took longer to get the degree in usa?) i need suggestions. thanks	saran	Male	Pakistan	2009-05-15 07:15:00
