I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but it's a must for any type of sinus problems ! The nasal rinses, here's the one I use Sinus Rinse It's like a netti pot but easier to use and comes with pre-measured salt packets. When I was in Morocco, I was wishing I had one of these as I was blowing sand and dust out of my nose I would also suggest you get some Antibiotics to bring with you although you probably won't have a problem with your hubby being a doctor. I witnessed it in a few situations and it really freaked me out It was very surprising coming from the men that called themselves "friends" then would viciously gossip, spread lies or try to sabotage the one leaving ! I was pretty naive initially to certain aspects in this culture, but when I began to open my eyes, WOW !!! My husband's family started giving me those bracelets and necklaces meant to protect from the "evil eye" but ultimately they believed God would deal with these people. It was just very surprising and a little scarey to see what people resort to! like you said, why not just be happy for people and believe your own happiness will follow ? We had religion, rules and priests to answer to. (Not an attack on Catholicism, this was just my experience!) I know there is a God, sure as I can feel him in the mountains and the beauty of nature or when the Holy Spirit stirs in my soul and directs my path. So far as getting "the truth" look inside your heart, God is so much bigger than man-made legalistic rules we must follow. People get so hung up on their religion and beliefs sometimes we forget about just treating people loving, kind and being a blessing to them when we can.
