IV Packet.
I know you guys say to have someone review your packet befor you send it out but i dont have ne one to do that, the people around me have no idea. So i need your help. Im geting the IV pacet ready so when it's time to send it i can just attach the barcoded cover sheet and send.

Here is what my packet has so far:
1. My personal Cover letter
2. DS230 Part 1 & 2 (pg 2 signed, pg 4 NOT SIGNED)
3. 2 passport pictures with nvc case#, name & date of Birth on the back(in a zip lock bag).
4. Copy of Passport Bio page.
5. Original Birth Certificate.
6. Original deed of name change (my hubby changed his name when he was 9yr old)
7. Original Marriage Certificate.
8. No divorce decree cus hubby was never married.
9. Police Certificaste Clarance (only 1 he only lived in one place all his life)
10. 1 copy of each document; marriage certicicate, Name change Deed, Birth certificate.

DO i have every thing?
How do I address the envelope to NVC?

I hope to complete this IV step in 3 weeks

i printed out and signed the ds-3230 form with the barcode...how should i e-mail it...i can scan it,and send it after..but what should the body of the e-mail look like?
I put in there principal applicants /me/ name and date of birth,and petitioner's name and date of birth as well....
In the subject line i used our NVC case number..Anything else?

I woke up to a whatsapp message, its a picture of our tv not on the wall ne more, yeah it fell off the wall, my hubby is soooooo pissed. I am too but one of us have to keep sane. it crises everything below it which included the laptop (there goes Skype). I knw u guys will understand cus its so hard to console someone being so far away. We had a bad start to our Friday morning hopefully something veryyyy good will happen

We're thisclose to having it completed. Carl's sister, our joint sponsor, e-mailed me the pdf of her I-864 package yesterday. Carl is going to bring the originals with him when he comes up for my birthday, so I'll have that in my interview folder. NOW I'm waiting on Carl to get his stuff all organized. :bonk: If I have my way, that will be done by the end of the week. :lol:

I got the tetanus booster today and the titre/titer test done. Those will be back in a week and then I'll go get whatever else I need, plus a brand spankin' new vaccination record. :) Hope my shoulder and arm where I got the shot won't hurt for too long. :(


Im still trying to look into the info about those vaccination, im comfusing myself. To me i read u have to take a dose of something and then couple weeks after take another dose (this week my goal is to figure it out, cus my hubby is going to get most of his the last week of may when we are on vacation)

DIDnt they give you a lollipop and a sticker after your shots :) my son is at the doctors with his dad geting shot rigt now (for school) poor baby.

Do you mean W2s instead of W9? And if you're sending in a tax transcript for 2009, you don't need to include the W2s (unless you filed jointly and need to show only your income).

I just had a feeling something was going to happen today.. and it wasn't going to be good. My Uncle in California passed away this afternoon.

So i called NVC this morning to see if they scanned in my IV packet yet and Abby told me that the case was complete as of this morning... I freaked out hung up with her and decided I needed confirmation. LOL, Sandy confirmed it so case complete for me!!! :dance: :dance: :dance:

Count me in for waiting for an interview now. I'm so freakin excited!!! Still haven't told the hubby :lol: Can't get a hold of him.

The titre test is a blood test that will show which antibodies you have in your system, meaning what your body is immune to. If you get the vaccine or get the disease, then your body builds up the antibodies.

Does your husband have a vaccination record at all, or no? Has he taken some of the listed vaccines?

So my husbands biometric date is June 12th. Well he just got a new job and starts on Monday. He really doesn't want to request that day off so he's going to try an early walk in today. My question is, are Monday's not a good day to do an early walk-in?

 

I'm hoping things run smoothly :unsure:  :bonk:

 

Whewww, this three day weekend got to my head lol today is definitely NOT Monday!!

 

Anyway, my husband successfully completed his walk in biometrics today; two weeks and a half early. He explained to them his situation with his new job. They were hesitant and had to ask around but eventually told him they could do it.

I was thinking about it too, but doing research it does not seem to make a difference, I used a Western Union money order, remember you can call anytime and an automated machine will tell you the status of the money order

So as stated, my husband's biometric date is on the 12th. As i've been reading around, I know some people walk in early. How early can we walk in? And has anyone heard of someone walking in early to the Philadelphia USCIS location? Can you share their experience?

You need to use the Application number from the bio-metric appointment.


I have yet to receive my biometrics appointment and that's why I am calling to find out what happened. My NOA1 says that it's extended for 1 year and I will receive a biometrics appointment next. That was dated 1/7 and I've not reicieved anything else since

We filed ROC for my wife and son. The biometrics appointment for Olga came quickly; however, we have not received anything for her son yet.  I am hoping that his biometrics appointment will be on the same date.  It would be inconvenient to make two trips for prints and picts.
 
Hopefully, most of the VSC staff were Seattle fans, and life is good in Vermont-land today. rofl.gif
 




That does not make sense at all. I'm getting impatient and I think I will call tomorrow just to make sure it's not lost in the mail or they sent it to my old address or a dog ate it, it could happen :)
