I know others have said you can use other browsers, but humor me and only use internet explorer and see if you can click on the AOS payment button. Before your petition can be processed you must pay the Affidavit of Support (AOS) processing fee ($88.00 USD).You should coordinate payment with your attorney of record if one has been registered for this case. An AOS fee invoice is also sent to any registered attorney. Do not pay the AOS fee twice. To make the payment please go to the NVC website atwww.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and follow the directions displayed" Is this the bill or the letter that comes before the bill. But some put in their signatures the day their cases arrive at NVC. The more in your signature, the more helpful it is to others. All my dates are there, just click on the spoiler buttons. (I had to consolidate) The green one is the magic one. Usually when you get the green invoice the bill is payable on the payment portal. It's green as a tree.... But nothing to pay... I had received one email that I thought was my IV bill but then I received another email many days later, with green typing and I knew that that was the bill. When I got the second email my bill had actually been posted. I sent my IV bill priority mail via USPS. Sent it out Friday morning and it arrived today at NVC by noon. Hmmmm I got 3 email. I think its the IV bill but when I login to Payment Portal that Bill is not appearing to pay. I received the email 42 Mins ago. Do you think may be I am too early? The AOS and IV are two different tracks which have nothing to do with one another. Oh sugarapples!! I had no idea i thought i had to wait for something to generate 1st. I was looking at time lines and realise most ppl paid theres bill the day after there got their case#, so i just loged in and the my name in the AOS section is not there anymore. Is that a sign that they are invoicing it? Im so obsessed over this Process I had to get up and rush to enroll my son into Kindergarden this morning. I was told that it can take 60 to 90 days to send the files to NVC. I don't know what it is that I can do. Omg this is sooooooo crazy Wat the hell is up with uscis. They told u they actually still have it there? Weren't they ashamed to tell u that!!!! Don't give up keep calling uscis n ur congressman if u have to. I pray desperatly for u to get it by monday. That's a good sign! ok when it shows up I'd pay pay pay. it's good that ur they have your file, althought u dont have an interview date yet. i think the hardest part is when they send our file somewhere and we dont know where it is cus neither place has it. I loged on to the payment portal and i saw my info for AOS and IV . So this is going to keep me happy for at least the rest of the week. So i tried to study the nvc shortcuts and i know it says ask for your Invoice ID number. But when i get it what do i do? every now and then sign into the payment portal to see if the bill is there? when to email the DS form? What's in the email that NVC is sending? Ohhh NOoo i didnt get a Invoice ID number, i asked tho and he said it's going to be in the email that they will send in a couple of days, Call back? note* he said they were puting it into the system as we were on the phone HALLELUJAH!!! We got our case number!! Also asked for and got the Invoice ID # and Beneficiary ID #. Yaaaaay!!! I knew something was different because J.R. asked for the petitioner's name and date of birth, beneficiary's name and date of birth and I hadn't been asked for that information before! Such a relief to finally have a case number and be able to start moving forward again! Yippyyyyyy, seems like our case were in the same batch, your dates match up to mine perfectly. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - April 2012	seems ur still within normal processing time... it has been taking longer lately... check Saylin's spreadsheet in her signature for processing times similar to yours and that should give u an idea of where u stand... hang in there, its coming... hahaha, YAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! even I've been waiting for your case number... LOL... awesome news... today is a great day... now, u can gether both AOS and IV packets, make sure forms are signed where they need to be and completely filled where they should... for the AOS packet, u can write the NVC case # in the right top corner of every document except for the barcode cover sheet (gotten once u pay the bill) and ur own cover letter (should u choose to include one), remember that once u pay and print out the the barcode cover sheets, that they should appear first in ur packet... As for the IV packet... hopefully u have that ready as well, u can write ur case number on the DS230 form, as for the beneficiary's original documents, perhaps consider writing ur case number on a sticky note and attaching it to the top right corner of each document so that u dont write on it, unless u dont care... here as well, make sure the barcode coversheet (once u pay the IV bill) is first thing in the packet and no need to write anything on it... the 2 passport photos make sure u write the beneficiary's full name, NVC case # and DOB on back of each, and maybe stick in a baggie and staple to a blank sheet so they dont get lost... i can't think of anything else... i'm buzzed right now, so happy for any progress!!! LOlll i know the feeling... im waiting on someone else on VJ for NVC to get there case and i dont even know the person personally. Perfect, everything u mentioned i have and did, even cover letters. Now i can go print the case number on each page and picture. I think with the original civil doc id write it in a dark pencil so i can erase it (what do you think?)the only thing im missing is my marriage certificate becuz DOS is taking their dear old granny time to send it back after applying for my sons passoprt.
