IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Help! One year and still pending and no updates!	Hey, guys: This is just unbelievable!!!!!!! Why do I have to wait 4 months and you have to wait SO MUCH?? It's more easy to bring a PIANO to the US than to have your foreign spouse with you! I always say to my husband: my country may not have the $$$$$$ yours has, but we DO have a fundamental right: you marry a foreign HUMAN BEING, and you come together, and complete the entire process IN the country together, and no one has the right to make you pay that immoral amount of money and wait MONTHS, sometimes years!!!!!!!! The Americans are being DEFRAUDED by their own government... and we are the ones who suffer. I'm sorry, but I'm sick and tired of all this $%&#. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	My case is frozen at NVC!!!	Hi! Our case seems to be frozen at NVC! We both lived in Paris, but in August, when our CR-1 was approved, I moved back to Portugal and my husband to the US. NVC assigned our case to the Paris embassy, so we had to change it to Portugal. That was on the the beguinnig of September. The case is: we were able to send the Choice of agent, pay the fee online and send our I-184, BUT we can't pay the $400 fee/send the DS-230 stuff! Every day we check it, and the fee wasn't generated yet. Is this normal when you change the embassy?? The only thing my husband sent was 1 miserable letter from his mother explaining our situation, where and when we met and saying that she went to the wedding. Nothing else! I was really nervous, because we only sent that proof, but we had no RFE because of that (we had an RFE because of the passport picture's size...). IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	HUGE RFE	Hi! Yesterday we got a huge NVC RFE: The entire DS-230 package!!!!! Our story: we had an embassy change, so we were able to pay/send I-864 but not DS-230. One week ago (after 1 month....) we were "changed", we had a new case #, and we could pay/send DS-230. I sent my husband all the docs on ultra super fast mail, but they are a bit lost on the Atlantic . Yesterday we got a RFE on the mail, requesting the DS-230 package!!!! They are in Portuguese, and lots of other languages, they have all the stamps and everything. I'm sending those to NVC: am I going to get RFE?? Are those considered copies or originals?
