Hi! I'm such and idiot!! I recycled the Medical forms the embassy sent to me headbonk.gif, don't ask me why. After I threw them away the doctor told me to take the forms with. Anyway: I tried to download them from the Internet, but I have 2 tiny questions:

1- There are 4 different forms, right?

2- The forms I found say they expire in 2007. Can I use those? I couldn't find a more recent version.

Here is my question: If something is missing, when do we get the RFE notice, after NOA1, after Biometrics...?

I ask because I was kind of rushed by the fee increase, and didn't send a LOT of evidence, and would like to know when in the process you get RFE, just to be prepared to send more stuff if I need to,

Hi!!!

Trust me, the removal of conditions process is VERY EASY (if the marriage is bona fide and the applicants have enough proof), I think getting a lawyer is totally unnecessary. As long as people update their address with USCIS when they move, and make sure to write their addresses correctly in the forms, there will be no problem.

I just got home from my walk-in there. PIECE OF CAKE!!! It took me 5 minutes, with NO waiting time. They didn't even check my appointment date, or asked me anything at all. I went today (Friday) at 3 pm, and there was nobody there. My advice: try it.

APPROVED!!! I When I opened the envelope I was terrified, thinking it was an RFE because we didn't send a huge amount of evidence. Then I opened another envelope and there it was, green and sparkling, smiling for me, my 10 year greencard!!!
