My cousin here in the US is married to her cousin and also my brother and sister in laws are married to there first cousins who are brother and sister as well
they are from morocco

as of what i know it happens all the time in morocco, there is actually a law that i have read, I don't remember exactly , you can marry your brothers daugther but not your sisters daughter, anything past that i don't remember, but its posted on an islamic sight

Its very common as of what I know,

Its been 312 days since i saw my sweet darling husband, it will be I can't imagine how much longer before i can see him

I went to visit him for six weeks last June 27, 2007 before that I didn't see him since June 23, 2005

He wants me to be there for Ramadan in September but by the looks of it I doubt it , flights are outrageous

Hello I had the same problem, most people did, they have given the time to send you the noa, but haven't had the time to enter info into the website, so it usually takes about two weeks , they said you can keep trying until you see it online
but it took my case around two weeks or so

Hi everyone. I'm getting ahead start on the packet 3 although still waiting for my NOA2. My fiance has already gotten a police certificate for his current address, which he has lived at since 18 years of age. But the instructions mention that you need one for every residence since turning 16, which would mean he would need one for the house he lived in as a child. When he got the certificate about 2 months ago, they asked him how long he had lived at his current address and when he said 10 years, they said they would just have to check his current address then, no need to check the previous one.

But since he did live at another house for more than a year since turning 16, would he need to go request another police certificate? It seems like he will...

I know exactly how you feel. I got my NOA1 on April 1st and I really thought my wife and daughter would be here for christmas. I am making my 6th trip tp Romania this year. It is so hard to be so far away from the ones you love especially during the holidays. 4. Cells highlighted in YELLOW refer to recent touches. (Disclaimer: We all have seen that approvals sometimes happen with or without previous touches. But this is just another indicator that I was curious to track.)

5. If anyone has any suggestions for changes to the layout of the spreadsheet or additional columns, averaging wait times, etc... I will gladly take those suggestions also.

5. Lastly, If anyone would like to volunteer to share the updating responsibility, you are always welcome to do that also.

I have the same situation. My wife and stepdaughter already have appointments for their medical for I129f. I called to see how long it would take if I used I130 instead and she said it could be weeks or months. It depends on if you wants to wait a little longer for your family to get here. The I130 is better but the I129f is faster.

I sent letters and faxes as well and got no response. I decided to call the white house and to my surprise they answered the phone. They said they could not help me but they transferred me to the state department and they said they would look into this. my papers were approved and my wife has her medical exam on tuesday. you might want to call if you are outside the timelines

I have decided to go with the k3 as well. I called the NVC and they advised me not ot pay anymore fees until after my wife gets here. Then we woulf file for adjustment of status. I would advise you to call the for yourself and they will tell you all your options. 603-334-0700. good luck

My wife and stepdaughters passed their medical exam today and have interview in romania on tuesday. thank God and everyone at visajourney. I believe she has everything she needs for interview so we are hoping she will be here for our 1 year anniversary on march 14.
