So do you mean it is not good enough that Dr. that did the medical wrote she will have all vaccinations which all children get in Poland and she will need only some additional or she will need all vaccinations on the list?

Same exact case for us. She had lost/throw away vaccination card (she never dreamed she would be needing that). Anyhow, vaccinations are not required at this stage, but will be when AOS state side. It's a lot less expensive to do them there, we/she had them done at the time of the interview. Also, of all the vaccines required, only the age-appropriate will be re-done.
You can see what is age appropriate in the CDC web site. I have a pdf and can post it if you wish.

<edit>. I just realized you said 'wife', so if this is CR1, then yes (we were K-1). However, as above, I'd do them there, less expensive.

I don't totally understand yes for CR1. Does it mean yes it is OK as it is? Or yes she will need them before interview? And if she needs vaccination, is it all on the list because she doesn't have the book or only ones which are not given in Poland

My wife told me at the medical they said to her and wrote in the medical report that she should have all the required vaccinations. She has lived all her life in Poland and had whatever vaccinations all children get but does not have the book that lists them anymore. Will this be OK? Thanks.

You can call tomorrow and get the number. We did the same way as you. If you put your email addresses on the forms they will already have them.

Hallo forum members. As all of you know yesterday i finally got my NVC case number. Thank you NVC. Took only couple of days.
Yesterday i have email NVC using my wife`s email adress per DS 3032 choice of agent form(email format). I know i was supposed to call NVC and speak to the operator first.Provide them with my and wife email addresses so they could send us choice of agent form DS 3032 and fee bills once they are created. I also did not obtain from NVC invoice number couse i didn`t make that call.

Can i make that call tomorrow(NVC) and give them email addresses, and ask for invoice number?Or is to late becouse they already have my choice of agent form(email format) What happens next?

IMO do the CR-1. For one it is cheaper, it might take slightly longer but is a sure thing if everything is legit and also she gets a green card immediately without adjustment of status

Hello from Brazil, I am in Fortaleza now for work.

See Yings shortcuts on here and collect everything you will need. Signed DS-230 from your husband/wife, their long birth certificate and police certificate if it does not have expiration that is too soon. Then you can send it to NVC right after your case is done instead of getting it all later. I finished the NVD step in 10 days instead of months by following the shortcuts. You will need to email the 3032 when it is in NVC step so you can ignore the barcode stuff. But the email must come from your husband/wife's email. Find the shortcuts and all will be clear.

Interview prep and SSN ?

My wife has her interview in Warsaw Monday. She is going to take our SKype logs, pics together in US and Poland and documents of my last visit to her for our family marriage party (hotel in both names, boarding pass)
Should she take anything else?

Also when she comes here, what is the process for us to get a SSN for her? Do they send it or do we need to apply?

We are so happy my wif was approved today in Warsaw embassy. About 45 min start to end. They did ask her for original marriage certificate which she had with her as well as photos, it seems strange as we had to submit an original marriage certificate to NVC before . I will ask her to write description. There was only one person before her in the que. They asked How we met, what I did for a living, where we will live, what she did for a living and I think that is all. She was well prepared with copies of all docs submitted to NVC and skype logs, boarding passes, photos etc.

We checked the box to get the SS, but I was planning to go to the office. Thanks for the info that the passport stamp serves as the temp GC. Now we are most interested in getting a drivers license and they require certain proof of ID and the bank won't let me add her to my account without 2 pieces of ID.

Thanks for all the help I could not have completed this process so quickly without this web site.

That is all there should be in the passport--take it plus the other two documents just in case.

You can get married here while she visits as long as it is "not your intent" in other words a spontaneous romantic moment

Then she must go back home and you apply for a CR-1 spouse visa and wait out the average 8 months, during this time she will probably not be able to some here.
After the spouse visa she will have the green card immediately entering the US. You must collect as much proof of bonafide marriage between now and then. Pictures together with her family and yours, phone record. Open up a bank account together. These things will be very important. Especially pics at church wedding and invitations etc.. bill for the ring.

Its really nice to be part of such forum where - to help each other is the objective instaed on any personal gain.

We got married in Jan 2012, my wife is a US citizen who was in the US from 2007 to 2009 for 1.8 yrs post which she is here in india however my brother-in-law is still in the US since more than 5 years now and he can be a co-sponseror.
Me and my wife have Form 16 of indian companies since 3 years now and we planning to move to the US for 3-4 years however not really sure about the documents and processes. Request to help throw some light to have clarity.

Does he qualify for Direct Consular filing since he resides outside the US? If so he can file at the consular office in Canada and those applications are much quicker from what I understand
