PhilippinesTb Skin Test
QUOTE (jamesNrei @ May 8 2009, 02:16 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
are you filling AOS for your son? He doesn't need to redo the TB skin test as long as his medical was done not more than 1 year. The vaccines will suffice.

yeah for his AOS and the medical will expire this coming June 25....I hope the surgeon won't ask question about it though because its not on his medical exam report, Oh well we're done with the Td shot and I will call Arnold later.....thanks

PhilippinesTb Skin Test
yeah I am taking my son later this afternoon for his Td shot at our local health center and it cost 15 bucks, I don't think I will let him take the Tb skin test then, after I have report on his Td shot and medical report from St Lukes I would call Dr Arnold to do the I-693 transfer then...... hope it would work....

thanks guys for the input, appreciate it

PhilippinesTb Skin Test
Just wondering on your DS-3025 that Saint Lukes gave it to you after medical, my son took the TB Skin Test at St Lukes but I don't find any report on the DS-3025 that he did, is there any second page on the DS 3025 that's missing on ours?

I am pretty sure that he took it because I have the receipt with me...during my time I took it here in US with the surgeon because its not available in PI, I don't want him to retake the TB Skin test again.... TIA

I use XOOM ever since I got here, NO HASSLES cause my sis has an account at Banco De Oro a lot easier than Cebuana and other bank, Cebuana sucks not a good way for cash pick up, I recommend Banco De Oro, they'll even give and offer the recipient an ATM for withdrawing the cash for free....

If you have already obtained a MC with the annotation thats already good. The regional branches of NSO has the same date with the main NSO in Manila, thats the very reason why your LCR forwarded your papers to NSO Manila for proper annotation. Well, why not obtain a new MC from your NSO Baguio, thats what the regional branches are for so people from the provinces dont have to go to Manila to obtain one. Goodluck!!

I'll try to get it on Tuesday then, I'll keep you posted what will be the outcome......

I was told by the guard at NSO East Avenue, Q. C. that all transactions pertaining to annulment, late registration, or any other corrections on MC & BC should be done there. There is a separate place and different staff to handle all those stuff there. So to find out if the guard was telling the truth, I got my annotated MC in East Avenue(it took me 3 weeks to apply and get a copy). After a month I got another copy of MC in NSO Dagupan City,Pangasinan(my home province). The guard was right. The copy I got in Dagupan City is not updated I am still married but the copy I got from East Avenue has annotation that it has been annulled.

yes this is exactly my concern, but the thing is mine is endorsed at NSO Vibal Building, or is it the same place?

I have my Annotated Marriage Certificate with Secpa already last April cause it was endorsed by the Local Civil Registrar here in Baguio City, now does the 6 months policy of Local Civil Registrar applies here too? Do you think my files was updated by this time?

i dont know what is the 6 months policy that your saying and the annotated MC w/ secpa. the impt thing is, if you already have your NSO copy of MC with annotation, certificate of finality, decree of declaration of nullity of marriage and certificate of registration then your ok na. oh and dont forget your court decision too, good luck

Some case I've read before that when USE check her files at NSO main it appears that shes still married even though she had her annulment granted.....so USE put her on AR for 5 months I guess......its a case made mention at WOF if you know the forum...
The 6 months policy applies to records like BC, MC, and some others will be forwarded to NSO main and they will enter it in their data base, not sure if I got it right......thats why I'm asking if after endorsement and issuance of Annotated MC with Secpa will all be fine.... unsure.gif

After the 15 days waiting period the court gave me my Certificate of Finality and the Decree, and I went to the LCR and they offer they will issue me a Annotated MC with Secpa and they sent an endorsement letter to NSO main of course with pay per copy...and I received my Anotated MC with Secpa after 2 weeks...now my question is do I need to go to the NSO main to check if my files are updated? Is the 6 months validity applies here? is my anotated MC with secpa enough that I'm all cleared?

PhilippinesXOOM SUCKS!!!
I've been using Xoom for years now with the same bank account and no problem, here's what they do, if you are a FIRST TIME customer and used bank account they need 4 days to verify the bank so if you're first time customer need to send it ahead before your gal needs it......if you are planning to send a big amount they need the exact amount of money that was credited on your online statement from your bank and verify it with XOOM, if you did that, the money is available in minutes, the exact money you send in this case is different in few cents than the amount you sent though, they do all this so they are protected and don't encounter bogus account!

PhilippinesI am so SAD!!!
you need to be mature more in your situation, the past is past its part of him, you need to accept it, even he has different gal than you same thing will happen his past will be his past if you know what I mean, in my situation my hubby's ex had some little things here yet like table, dishes her ring even and sort of like that but I don't care, what matter is your present and he did marry you and if you're happy with him it doesn't affect you at all....you need to focus more on your relationship now how you can make it stronger and not little things that would make you part ways smile.gif

Communication is the best way to solve problems, especially if you didn't talk about sending money to her family back in PI, if you can tell her how hard to pay $900 for a phone bill alone is crazy she would probably understand it, but money issues is something to talk over with, I help my family back home but with my own hard earned money....

PhilippinesPossible move to Oregon
Sorry out of topic.

I'm a firm believer of organic products, we eat organic foods such as meat like chicken, beef and pork, veggies, fruits and breads that are labeled organics, vegan is something I can't do but my in laws are because of health reasons and the same with me, I have allergies and break outs on my face often on 2 years I got here but got it resolved with my doctor since we found out that I am allergic to antibiotics of all the foods they added in the store, anyway I eat healthy and I am so much feeling better, never had any single colds or anything since then, organic foods simply means they don't have chemicals added in it on the process of growing them, natural growth. And yeah you can found organic foods all over the store in Oregon.

Anyway to the OP if you have any questions you can PM me I am glad to help in anything I can

PhilippinesPossible move to Oregon
If you want a city life, go for Portland, but I just don't like the hassle to find parking space all the time, but most people just use the Trimet to commute, more opportunity for work, but little bit high on cost of living, but WORK though they pay higher than in my SALEM where I live

PhilippinesPossible move to Oregon
I live in Oregon in Salem area since I first got here in US and I totally love it here, not bad on snow like the other areas, like today after work, just rains and the other areas until Washington is 10 ft high of snow, I love the beach, shopping no sales tax, the Nature is totally enjoyable to me. Salem area you can find a decent apartment with 2 bedroom for $500 and up, houses with 2 bedrooms, decent and fully furnish at $130K some even cheaper....there's BUS for public transportation and Amtrak train station here in Salem that goes from state to state, work is pretty much competitive since the recession but if you have profession its easier to find one...plus no roaches here like the other States I visited :D as far as I know of

PhilippinesHow to Receive Police Records from Brunei

why didn't you mail off a packet to brunei, in january ? http://www.visajourn...ost__p__3639969

Stop trying to use the phone, and handle it all via postal, instead.

Good Luck !

We haven't sent the packet by mail because we are not in a big hurry yet, so we were hoping we might be able to do it through the phone. But I guess not. I still haven't filed the I-129F yet because I'm waiting on some other things. Hopefully I can file next month.

In the mean time, we will go ahead and send a request for her police clearance from Brunei. However, I still have a couple questions. The advice above says that if she doesn't live in Brunei, she can send the request to the embassy along with the required photocopies. Does she still need to send 50 Brunei dollars? If not, is there a fee? Can she, or should she, send the request to the embassy in Taiwan instead of in the Philippines since that's where she'll be living until August? Any help with my questions would be great. Thanks.

Here is the source of the info above.

As for the complete requirements for the K1 visa interview in Manila, follow the link below:

http://manila.usemba...ov/wwwfk1en.pdf

Contact the Brunei Embassy and find out if you could get a police clearance through them to confirm what travel.state.gov has stated.

One of the reasons why the visa process gets delayed is the absence of the police clearance. Do something as early as you can.

Hakuna matata.

God bless us all.

FAE :luv:

We've trying calling this phone number several times now. Each time, we get put on hold for someone else, but no one ever picks up? Does this mean the only thing left to do is to sent money to Brunei as suggested above? I'v afraid we won't get any help and we'll only be waiting for nothing.
