We didn't receive our NOA1 either but we got the NOA2 hard copy...ours was transfered to CSC from NSC...as long as you have the receipt number at the back of the check it will be fine....receiving NOA2 is taking so long, try to look at your USCIS online status starting on your 90th day from filing including weekends...we receive NOA2 email from CRIS exactly 108 days from filing......so hang in there and patiently wait	Chantel	Female	Philippines	2007-08-14 04:56:00

I remember when my fiance called about our case status at USCIS last July the customer rep said they are still processing JANUARY notice of RECEIPT and he was so pissed and said "yeah right you're working in USCIS and you actually don't know whats going on there? How come my friend was approved and got their NOA2 this month and they filed last March??? and she just keep on giving reasons like they don't have an access and all hahaha.... I encountered that guy before when I keep calling NVC and he even let me read whats on the NOA2 and I was so pissed and read aloud whats on NOA2 and then I reversed the situation and he acted like IDIOT cause I asked him back whats on NOA2? and he keeps talking and I hang up on him....they deserve cause they don't observe good etiquette..... ...I don't know if the calls that were accepted are really being observe like the other company do and fire their employees if found abusive..... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April Filers - NVC to Interview	Well, I received my letter from NVC dated Aug 6th. When I call NVC to find update of it going to Morocco embassy, they have no such number received. My letter has USCIS number and the new NVC case number. I have been trying to call NVC to find out if it has been sent to Casa, but always get operators are busy, goodbye. So now what? Anyone tell me................pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Give sometime for the NVC to update there system files....It happened to me before....we received the NVC letter same time as we called that day but after a week I called them back to know the dates of package received by NVC left and our case was on their system already............. I've read somewhere that the automated system don't support K1 applicants, try to stay on the line for some few minutes to wait for the customer rep......whats funny about NVC is that my fiance received the letter from them and and on the same day I called NVC and they said that my case was not there yet ..... But also i think there is a good chance that your petition could have already cleared the NVC without hearing anything about it. It has happend so often in both the USCIS and the NVC. Some people don't hear anything until they get packet three. While others get NOA2 without ever receiving their NOA1. So it is really hard to know exactly. Wioombeen You mean to say even the operators at NVC keep saying that they didn't receive our case yet? But as i have read it's pointless for at least another month for me, But I check it all the same. Today i check it is it says. Case Number: MNLXXXXXXXXXX Visa Classification: K1 St. Luke's Appointment Date: Thursday, September 27, 2007 (7:00:00 AM) Embassy Appointment Date: Friday, October 05, 2007 (7:30:00 AM) WOW I don't know why but god has really been good to me here. USCIS sucked but the rest so far after that has been good. I hope everyone here has the same experience after USICS. A few times it was busy so i just kept calling over and over and over until i got though hehe. I just called using the RFE trick and got an INCREDIBLY nice lady on the phone and she looked up all our info, verified address, and then told me we just got Approved! I'm luck she was nice because I started crying from relief when she said it and she was so very nice to me and just laughed and told me good luck.
