I was trying track my package application again a minute ago and I found out that USPS delivered my application to Phoenix Lockbox AZ 85034 for express deliveries and not the Phoenix Lockbox AZ 85036 that I put in the address of the package I sent,I thought it would make a difference that's why until now they didn't cash my check or never sent out NOA's yet, Any thoughts?

Thank you so much Sand, you helped me a lot, I just now talk to a second officer, and she told me they received the application actually in their office on 14th of March and they rejected the case and the officer don't know the reason behind and she asked me how much I wrote on the check and I said its $680 so she said you must missed some pages on the documents and she gave me the receipt number also, and I'll be expecting the mail back probably at the end of this week, at least I know what happened and not crazy thinking about it.....

Its like just not even a single applicant worrying about N400 application too slow in Phoenix Lockbox, I am thinking probably they didn't receive my application even though usps says they delivered it, its been 14 days in total haven't heard anything, 10 working days today, I thought of resending my application??? or make an INFOPASS? Will infopass delay the process more?


PS. I called uscis but they were asking about my receipt number, they said they can't keep track with just an alien number :( :(

help pls, any thought would be greatly appreciated, I needed any ideas :(

I got back my application package today, rejected due to being ineligible resident for at least 3 years living with my USC husband, I thought its enough to be married for 3 years with the same USC husband plus I have my 10 yr GC already and I didn't know that the 2 should go together :( :( :( MY BAD, I got messed up :crying: :crying: I was just focusing on my son's GC will expire on October this year and I thought I would save money, so here's my time line below, help me count the days as to when to file and what not


10/01/2008 - RESIDENT SINCE
11/24/2007 - GOT MARRIED

10/21/2011 - Son's 2 yr GC will expire


* So I can resend my application this coming JULY? I am right?

* If I'm gonna send my N400 application by July, would it be alright not to file my son's 10 yr GC application while my N400 is pending?


Help me figure this out pls....thanks for ideas in advance

I had my interview in Portland, Oregon on the 26th at 2:15pm and it went by so smooth. The lady was so nice and had all my papers signed before she asked me the civic test, reading and written. Since I have a name change, she let me signed the paper if that was the correct one that would appear on my naturalization certificate.

the questions are:

Who wrote the declaration of independence?
Who is the commander in chief of the military?
What is the political party of the President?
What are the 2 political party in the US?
Name 3 states of the 13 original colonies?
What state borders Mexico?

I noticed that she was reading all the questions she asked me and not just a random questions that whatever pops in her head....

She handed me back my drivers license and my green card,and a piece of paper which is the N-652( Naturalization Interview Result) and wrote 100% on it.

But before she started everything,she handed me back a picture album which looks familiar, and it was all our family pics when I submitted my 10 year green card application. She was like, remember this? and I was awww thank you :)

She said she will try her best to get me in to January oath ceremony if its not full if not it would be on February which I don't really care I am not traveling anywhere so soon...

I don't know exactly what you meant but my green card expires on 10/13/2020 and I am resident since 10/01/2008

and btw our 5th wedding anniversary is today, November 24
