I know that anytime it too long, but do hang in there it is all going to work out. You are dealt only what you can handle just keep that in mind, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Jul 31/Aug 1/Aug 2 NOA2's	How do you actually "know" NVC has received the petition. I received a letter in the mail from them stating they have received it, and that within one week it would be mailed to the proper embassy. I was under the belief that this meant NVC had it and that it would soon be travelling to Manila. Is this belief incorrect? BJ, we recieved the same letter date August 3, and I called the Consulate I am dealing with here in Canada and they have recieved it and have sent out Packet 3 on August 11. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Help...How Do I track my case from NVC	I called the Consulate here in Montreal to see if they had recieved my case and I agree with JenT, that is the best way. You can speak with someone give them your case 3 and they can tell you if they recieved it and if any papers were mailed out.
