K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September CSC filers?	Hi guys! I just want to share another good news. My fiancée received her visa today... We are so happy and very thankful to god and to all the people in VJ especially the September fillers. This was a very tiring and painful process but we are happy to experience it all with all of you. Good luck to the rest of the VJ members that are either in the middle of the petition process or just started this long process. That is awesome news!!!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September CSC filers?	Our interview is Monday morning Moscow time...so late tomorrow night here. I won't be there because petitioner is not allowed to attend interviews in Moscow. Instead I will be nervous as heck and trying to sleep. I'm glad she is the one being interviewed and not me. She is excited, happy, and not the slightest bit nervous about this life defining event. But really, we have nothing to be worried about; we have an amazing relationship, we have all of our documents in order, and she is a sharp cookie. Why am I still nervous? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September CSC filers?	I'm still waiting for my NOA2... We got a RFE on the 28 feb, and we mailed our package on the 1st march and since then no news. My fiance did the mistake to send that package in basic mail so we don't even know where it is at and since the deadline of our RFE is this week, we decided to send it all again by overnight mail. According to the tracking number they received it and signed for it yesterday, but still no email stating they received it. I'm overtly stressed, I'm so scared that they ask us to start over or something. Since our first package got lost with the RFE paper inside, we sent our second package with our case number but without the RFE page (since we didn't do a copy of it). We sure messed up on that one , but at least we know for next time to ALWAYS choose overnight mail. I wonder do they send you the reception email like the day after they receive the package? And aren't they supposed to approve you (or deny you, but I hope not) before or at least on the day of your deadline? Carine,, Yes, they should send you a e-mail stating their decision. I hope you hear about your NOA2 very soon!!!!, Approooooooooooved...yayayyyyyyy thank u God Thank u all memebrs all of u supported me alot this was the worst waiting experience of my life.. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September CSC filers?	We recieved our hardcopy of the RFE and they are requesting more evedience that we meet in person. Not sure what else we could send them??? We are beside ourselves and my fiance is not very happy!! The letter is so vague. What more can we give them? We live side by side and have no passport stamps or airline tickets. We sent them 4 photos that is all we had before we filed. Can we send more even though they are taken after we filed? Now I reay hop I get the bio appointment in the mail this week to because my husband is going to be deployed in a couple of weeks and I really don't want to drive 5hrs one way to jacksonville to do the bio I already did 2 yrs ago. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	March 2010 I-751 Filers	I still didn't get any mail from VSC stating they recieved my paperwork. Though I do know it was signed for on the 27th... Is that normal? Just curious. I don't think anyone gets am email that they rec'd paperwork, but you should have your NOA1 soon. I just received the NOA dated 3/31/10. It's literally the date my application was delivered-- I think I set a record! (And from experience I know better than to feel smug about this-- I'm one of those people who always gets in the line, elevator, subway, etc. that seems to be the fastest, only to then be held up forever while everybody else passes me by.) I belive the letters are mandatory, it says to include 2 affadavits but some only sent letters (I sent 1 letter and 1 affadavit). They have cashed our cheque, but no NOA1 yet. Did you get 1 NOA1 for yourself and not your son? I take it the letter you were requested to write was for your son?
