The reason why I say this is because I got another touch today...2 in a row. Some times (when you don't have another reason for it) the 2 in a row means NOA2. Obviously not always but looking at other people's time lines, it looks like 2 touches in a row is a good sign. Too bad mine in just the NOA1. Are you working full time John? I am piecing together things for the I-864 and Have the majority of it filled out as well as the DS-230. I copied the e-mail version of the DS3230 or whatever it is and will send it to my husband for him to e-mail in. I also have things semi put together for the interview. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	March 2010 CR1 filers	Well, this last time that I called, I told the guy that since I had called so many times before I was going to stop him because I pretty much know what he is going to say. I then told him the things that I wasn't calling about and told him I am not such and such but am a this that and the other and filed this petition on said date and that I know what the I-797C (NOA1) says (because they read that to you...every time you call). So all in all about 5 minutes before you can tell them your problem/inquiry. Like I said before though, my ducks aren't in a row so I'm in no big hurry to just hurry up and wait (yet) in NVC. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	March 2010 CR1 filers	Mr. Doe12- The regular way is to call the 1-800 # and talk to the operator and have them tell you the same thing they tell you every time and then after they get done asking their questions and making sure you aren't a lawyer, tell them the situation and they will make a service request to which you have to wait 30 days for a response. The cover sheet can only be accessed after a payment shows as PAID. You can either have the cover sheet e-mailed to you or print it right then and there. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	March 2010 CR1 filers	Uhh.... LMFAO!!! So...as I let all of you know, I used the wrong number for the payment portal. I was supposed to put in 13 digits for my account number but only used 6 (because I thought it was only 6 long). I read that some one with the same time line as me received a confirmation for their payment today so I figured today would be when they would deny my not-so-awesome payment. I called the NVC line and the AVR said that my payment was received on June 11th (which is when I made the mistake). I just now checked the payment portal and they accepted my payment. Hahahahahahahha! How on earth that happened, I have no idea. Now I get to go save the barcoded sheet and then go pay the other fee (correctly this time). I just used up all of my NVC luck . Maybe I got lucky because the post service sucks or because tomorrow is my one year anniversary. Who knows, either way it is cool. The automatically do biometrics at the interview and at the POE (for foreign). I was never contacted about doing biometrics. Tom, looks like it is time to invite more people to go kayaking.
