K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Answer from Colorado Senator	It's not about timescales, for the millionth time, as vartan said earlier. My senator is completely aware of the problem, someone else on here has contacted them as well. They are trying to get us answers on processing, when will PROCESSING BEGIN. That's what I want to know. I'm getting very frustrated that when CSCers start a thread about action, people who are either VSC or approved jumps in. We need our space to talk, please let us have it & try to understand the frustration levels we have. I called my Senator because I am trying to figure out what the He!! is going on. If I was still in Nebraska where I filed and if it weren't for IMBRA, I would have received my NOA2 already. Therefore, you can start to see the frustration when you are sitting at 90 days today of nothing happening. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	HELP, URGENT !!	There are certain people on here that are always negative or have doubt in people's postings. I would believe this story based on I had something tragic happen to a very good friend of mine and if I remember correctly it was Houston too. Her tragic story didn't make the news either and it involved a prominent hotel. I was searching high and low for the story on the internet and nothing was posted. Not every crime in a major city will make the news, there wouldn't be enough time to report them all. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	PHOTO's RFE	well, I guess photos aren't supposed to be acceptable as proof anyhow, so that is why I am surprised that they sent them back requesting date stamps. (I sent boarding passes and receipts. My pics were just colour photocopies, thrown in because I had them on hand.) I had boarding passes and a passport stamp for every trip with the exception of our first meeting. Its not like I knew then that he would be moving to the US. Canada	Canucks Advice	Welcome to VJ! I do not think there is that many that have gone wrong. Hard to say. hard to say what people actually say at the POE, what they bring, one only hears 1 side of the story. Well Darcy and I are one of those ones. Darcy was denied at the POE last May because he couldn't show ties back to Canada. Honestly, when you are traveling back and forth to Canada how many people carry documentation proving ties to Canada. Secondly, with the exception of this last trip, I am always inspected thoroughly. I have had my car inspected, myself searched, and hauled into the Immigration office at the Toronto airport. I am always honest and have never lied at POE. Ok I will stop ranting now. He has worked over 20 years in Canada and was going to be a bit disappointed if it all goes down the drain. He will apply for dual citizenship when that time comes. Canada	Vancouver Interview	Does anybody know that went through Vancouver for their interview if they are ok with you just saying you had chicken pox? I was telling Darcy he should go have a titre test done for the chicken pox just so he has proof. I am the one to always have too much evidence than not enough. I told him though I would ask the question on here. Will they just take your word for it that you have had chicken pox? I am guessing it probably depends on the person interviewing. Thanks!
