And yes my petition was received in Nebraska on MARCH 24 hey my friend am sure and pretty sure u will get it this week or by monday hey go cheak ur mail maybe is alreday there , and i hope from all my heart u will get it very soon Thanks - it's too late. Certainly not new post-worthy I would think. Remember there are many who filed in March & this new thread speaking of it, yet again, may sting them a bit too much. I agree. Since there are any many of us in California that keep getting touched day after day. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	anyone got RFE from CSC ????	It seems the only ones form CSC who have gotten the RFE are the ones who originally filed at CSC to begin with. Those of us who filed elsewhere truly have been moved to the "bottom of the pile" it seems. So much for processing by the original NOA1 date.... This really stinks big time! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Just Feeling Like Crap...	I understand your feelings also. We have been ready to file since March 2005 but had to wait for his divorce to be finalized. His divorce attorney screwed up and it only ended in March 2006. I then filed the I-129F in April 2006. We talk every day by phone and he just now got a webcam last week. We don't always get to use it because he works 3rd shift and is 3 hours behind me. I am in ohio also and was told I could call back after 21days for an update if there was no information? DeWine's. Erik also spoke to them. I also spoked to DeWine and Voinovich's office. I found DeWine and Voinovich's office very helpful. The aide I spoke to was willing to answer all my questions. If anything it is CSC feeding the Senators a line of bull if what they are telling them isn't true. The aide I spoke to (which is from Ohio) was totally understanding and willing to listen. Him and I talked for about 15 minutes. I asked him lots of questions and he said if I had anymore to feel free and call him back. Maybe I am gullible but I truly felt like he was listening to what I had to say and the concerns I had. I truly felt better after talking to him. For some of us that filed in Nebraska, I was given a processing time of 60-90 days. Guess what? I am at 90 days. So I am whining about this and I am in April. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Ohio Senator response from CSC	My aide called today, CSC sent her an email at 2:11PM yesterday(Thursday). They informed her that cases were assigned to officers yesterday to begin adjudication. I hope we see some movement soon! They also said they are processing by RFE rec'd dates, which is not great for early filers. I checked the VSC NOA2/RFE dates to see if that held true & it doesn't seem to. Those closest to the Service Center were bound to receive their RFE's sooner than those of us in the Midwest. For us, that is one of the big problems with the NSC to CSC transfer that took place. Looking at the recent CSC approvals, I would say the early IMBRA RFE receipt dates and transfers to CSC are priority.
