K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	What if your visa is denied?	We have complications that we have to answer at our interview. Re: a tourist visa cancellation and a question of an alleged overstay. We have already contacted the consulate and know that we will get the opportunity in our interview to explain the circumstances of the visa cancellation and we also have gather documentation from 2001 to show that he has lived in Mexico solidly, except for when he did visit on his visitor visa. But, there is still a chance he will be denied his K1 visa. If this happens, what do we do? I know if you are denied a K3 visa due to overstays, that there is a waiver available. But, what if they deny you for a reason not related to an overstay. Do you simply file again for a K1 or K3 or will they most likely provide you with a list of items you need to bring again to the consulate to qualify???	luvinmb	Female	Mexico	2006-05-03 14:10:00

I hear everyone tracing their cases "touches" and I just want to know how I will do this? I am under the impression there will be a new additional form in the existing I-129F package. Correct? Also, an additional criminal check done on me (USC). I knew that TSC was still the address previously and they were then forwarding them on, but know TSC doesn't even show that they process these applications. Do I send it directly to CSC or TSC? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Dates??	I guess Mexico would be like Canada?, I just put "numerous visits ranging from 1 day to 2 weeks since 1990" That is what I was thinking. I mean things at one time were not as strict as they are now. Therefore, it was not stressed how important it was to monitor every visit. And since we don't have the information. I still have to put something down. I think I will go with my instinct and do as you did. And several of those times were due to a lost previous passport or the time he washed it in his pocket. So no unfortunately, no good records.... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Dates??	How can we answer the questions on the DS-156 and DS-230 that want to know when my fiance visited the U.S. and left? We know the date he received his tourist visa as a young teen. But, his family and he never kept records of when they visited and for how long. I mean he visited when I-94's weren't always issued and he has no records of any actual dates. Also, I went on the USCIS website to check the mailing address one more time for TSC. And now it says to send it to: Vermont USCIS TSC P.O. Box 850965 Mesquite, TX 75185-0965 So is Vermont now processing for TSC? I thought they were going to CSC???? Please help me with these final questions. The USPS will reattempt to deliver again today. I mailed our packet to the USCIS TSC P.O. Box listed on their website. I also paid the extra fee for a return receipt. Is this correct? I was lucky to visit my fiance for two weeks and got back Monday. Life is so weird without him. I got use to having him with me everyday. Now I am going to try and be patient until this goes through. I try to tell myself daily that this is what we had to do and that after this time in our lifes is over, we won't be apart again. I don't know how to type all the details of what has happened so far on my timeline. It only gives me the option to put : date sent, date of NOA1.... I sent my papers return receipt on 08-08-06 They officially signed for my packet at TSC on 08-10-06 My check cleared my bank today 08-24-06 I expect to receive the actual letter tomorrow or something.... So it took me basically 2 weeks from the date TSC signed for it. Of course, that includes weekends. Do you know if I put the date my NOA1 has on it or the date I receive it in the mail? I mailed mine on August 8 and it took a little bit of time to transfer from TSC to CSC. My NOA1 has a notice date of August 18th. But, my check didn't clear until August 24th and I didn't receive a notice until then either. So it will come, I promise!!!!! Has anyone ever had no way of telling all the dates their fiance has visited the U.S. My fiance got his first visa in 1989 (he was a child). His mom did not keep good records. Additionally, his passport that had all stamps in it for his visits was destroyed. I don't have a lot of time to send in paperwork anywhere to try and find out. We're on our third congressional inquiry. woot. We're in the process of getting our story in the news for our sake and yours, everyone. I don't want to get your hopes up, but if you look at the recent approvals from CSC, they are coming after a few touches in September.
