K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K-1 Old Petition refusal	Hi everyone, I was involved with someone in 2006-2007. We filed for a K-1, but things were not working out and I never attended the medical or the interview. I received an official statement from the US Embassy in Manila stating that the petition was withdrawn by the petitioner. We have filed for a K-1 visa and wanted to know if this will affect our visa process or is there something that we must do. Thanks in advance for any help.
