PLEASE LET ME NOE, we r very upset.. I am sorry to hear about this. You can go there (India) to get married and come back to the US and file the paperwork for the CR-1 visa. You can also have your fiance come to the US on a visitor visa and get married. The only problem with this way is that he will have to go back to India and have proof that he intends to return, like a return trip ticket, or they will deny him the visitors visa. Last year there were 4 Service Centers that accepted the petiton, now there are 2. Is it possible that they are going to make it 1?
