IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	A question for those who ask to expedite I-130	I got a touch and a response, not the ones I was looking for but it is a start. I requested an expedite on May 27th. On May 28th they touched my case and sent me an e-mail saying that it will be adjudicated at my loacl office. I made an InfoPass appointment for Monday and I am bringing everything I can think of. I still don't know if my expedite was approved or denied because I got a letter in the mail stating that initial processing of my case was complete and that it will be adjudicated in Cincy (I love USCIS's redundancy). I think you should have someone get your mail and give them permission to open documents from USCIS, like a parent or friend, and then leave all documents for them. That way, they can get your info for the RFE and send it in. I am leaving for Mexico in 13 days, so this is what I am doing if USCIS were to send something to me. Then the attorney can file the necessay paperwork to have him realeased on bond. Only a person who has licensing to do immigration bonds can get him out. A normal bail bonds man cannot do it.
