I have sent in the AoS paperwork but have not sent the $400 visa fee or the DS-230... is the RFE the false one because that paperwork is missing or is it because there is something really missing from the AoS paperwork? Others like to complain that there is no way the information is correct because VSC absolutely couldn't have a better average processing time that CSC (yes, people, I sit and spend my time off work making up data because I am just malicious that way).
