The doctor who attended to me was very...irritable. She snapped at me several times, especially when I was trying to remember when I had my last asthma attack.

Don't you think the doctor needs a psych.test? laughing.gif Being irritable could mean she/he got poor coping mechanisms and that could result to mental illness. Naku, baka mabasa 'to.
Well, maybe they just want some added expenses...mahal na kaya ang gasolina. rofl.gif

Lotterly, whom I mistakenly called Lotterly(jackpot) tongue.gif also underwent psych.test and passed. I just hope as you comply with it they won't cause any delay in getting the results like the doctor went on a seminar, that's the usual thing I've read here.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS TO VISA APPLICANTS:
1. Go to any branch of METROBANK.
2. Get two (2) copies of appropriate Deposit Slip and fill out the information indicated below:
2.1 Type of Account: Current? Peso
2.2 Write accurately the Account Number as indicated below:
§ 7151514207
2.3 Write Delbros International Logistics, Inc. on the Account Name portion of the slip.
2.4 Write the amount to be deposited. The amount is indicated on the letter of the US
Embassy. NOTE: Only “CASH” deposits are accepted.
3. Proceed to the counter and hand over the cash and deposit slip to the Bank Teller.
4. Secure from the Bank Teller the duplicate copy of the validated deposit slip.
All deposits made will be credited to Delbros International Logistics, Inc. (DELBROS) that will
be responsible for handling the document verification requested by the US Embassy.
To enable Delbros to identify and validate the deposit you made, you must immediately inform
them through SMS or Text Messaging:

Please help because Menci's interview is May 27!

You need to consult first your doctor to give you the request for the procedures then balik mo sa kanya ang result for readings. Consultation fee lang naman, yun reading no charge na yun.Confirm niya lang sayo yun result.

Actually, my main concern was the chest x-ray coz in case I needed treatment I would still have the time before the medical proper. So sis, pre-med na din kayo. Good luck.

I have also printed some, like the ecards coz they have validity or expiration, whatever.LOL. I printed yahoo emails directly, it appeared as it is except for the chats from YM which I dont know if it can be printed directly, what I did was copy-paste it on microsoft. With regards to the date of printing them, I think it won't matter, well at least whoever will review them might think..woww, may sarili siyang pc and printer,hahaha.Joke lang po. Just got home to get my pre-med results, chest x-ray (Tb) and hepa-B screening (HBSAg). These were the tests ordered since these are the ones that would matter known to be communicable. All turned negative, thank you Lord. Hope it goes the same with the actual medical in St.Luke's. Will find time for the girls on a day with no classes.

I understand that they won't honor any of these but it is just to give me a relief on being a paranoid.LOL.
