US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	DOS Interview Date over phone but not on website...???	Called DOS this morning and they changed our interview date to July 9th UGH!!! I guess you learn the hard way sometimes, they just mailed packet 4 this week. I should have waited until i knew they had sent the packet out to be sure but I was so excited that I made all the arrangements right away!! US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	DOS Interview Date over phone but not on website...???	Haven't received Packet 4 yet.  My fiance works in Bavaro and is going home to the capital tomorrow for his days off so he will try to track it down when he gets there.  I'm getting worried because I've already made travel arrangements that can't be changed  not to mention I'm so ready for this process to be over!!!  I'll keep you posted, going to call DOS in the morning but thought I would put it out here to see if anyone else has experienced the same thing. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	DOS Interview Date over phone but not on website...???	Hello fellow VJers!!   A few weeks ago I contacted the DOS after my approved I129f package reached the embassy in the Dominican Republic and the women on the phone gave me our interview date and time, June 27th @ 6:45am.  Tonight I checked the website to see if the June appointments were up, they were buy my case number did not show up when doing a search.  I started to freak out and checked all 97 pages for our case number...not there.  Should I be worried??     Thanks!!! Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 problems	Hey guys i'm trying to remove my wife's conditional status and renew her green card. I did the I-751 and paid the 590 dollars and sent in all the evidence that was recommended for the form. We received the receipt paperwork extending her conditional status for a year, confirming the payment, and with the Receipt number. The Problem is it has been almost eight months now and when i tried to check the status on both the web and over the phone the system and the employees that i've talked to about the problem say it is an incorrect receipt number. we've received no other paperwork and no biometrics appointment notices. i'm in the military and my wife doesn't speak English that well. i'm due to be going on deployment here within the next 2 to 3 months.   Does anyone have any recommendations on what we should do? We are both at a loss and don't know what else we can do.  We've called and talked to employees of USCIS about this but they keep saying that they can't give us a status of her I-751 request and that we have to wait.     Any help would be much appreciated.	djtrudeau	Not Telling	Japan	2013-06-08 12:42:00

Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	a little confuse	Hello,   My is name Leo. My wife and I is in process of removing my 2 year conditional green card. Immiration sent us a request for evidence letter. "IDENTITY DUCMENT: submit legible of the conditional permanent resident and petitioning spouse's driver's licenses/or identity cards..." we are now currently living together, but my wife and I driver's license's addresses is different..simple question for the driver's licenses part..should we go to our local dmv and change our address on our driver's license card?
