We were told after the interview that we would get a call to submit their passports within 90 days. It's been 14 months since their interview and finally we get the call. Alhamdillah, insha'allah this time they will give them their visas. Omg thats crazy well inshallah they get their visas this time its a well deserved wait! They asked for original documents new medical and new police certificate and two photos and a new DS-260. The problem is I try to fill out a new DS-260 online but I can't the old one keeps showing up as completed. Does anyone know how to fill out a new DS-260. This is for a k1 interview. My fiance also got them to email the letter because last time when they sent it to my house it was late and we missed our interview! Hi! Congrats thats exciting! So when my wife gets her interview i will have to fill out a hole new AOS including my 2013 taxes? Thanks for the help. Im trying to figure how long those things are actually good for? It wasnt that the AOS was old it was that the sponsor had sponsored too many ppl already we had to get a whole new sponsor but about ur question all u have to renew is the application such as the I-864 if thats the one u filled out and u have to give the most recent taxes for the year and thats every year get it? He said it would take around 3 months but who knows he said. The embassy does what ever they please. It's been 10 months and no call yet. So u werent asked for a new AOS? Make sure you email them atleast 3 times at once that way they see your message. when u email them to put your case number and your new phone number on the subject line of the email.
