K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Expedite Request - I-129F	Be careful in using financial loss as a reason to expedite, it may come back to bite you when you need to prove you have enough income to support your Fiance in order to have the K1 approved. There is a long wait for this visa, very long in terms of emotional ups and downs while you wait, jumping the line with an expedite request may not be the best idea. Maybe just plan to visit each other often while you wait...good luck Ok, that makes sense! Thank you for the advice! Your petition will probably be approved within 5 weeks, you are Haitian. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Expedite Request - I-129F	I am considering filing an expedite request for my I-129F. (filed March 25th, 2013) I did a little research and found that "financial loss" could be a reason. So, I am trying to think of a legitimate financial loss reason and all I could think of is that my Fiance and I have an apartment together in Haiti and our lease is up on June 30, 2013. If we have to renew the lease that would be an additional expense of $750 USD. Does anyone think this would qualify? VSC	This is what was told us; On May 24tj, 2013 USCIS sent you a notice on form i797 to indicate that we have transferred your petetion to another office for processing because that office now has jurisdiction over your case. When they received my first response my status went from RFE to request for response review. When they received the additional information that I send my status went from request for response review to initial review. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	March 2013 Filers K1	We never received our I-797 either.  We received the e-mail notification with the case # (which is supposed to be the most important piece of information on the form).  We contacted USCIS and changed the address on file (my fiance, the USC, has a complicated mailing situation).  Hopefully when its finally NOA2 time, we'll receive that form - because to order a copy of the NOA2 is like $400!!!   We gotta check if they have the right address too, don't want any delays because of that.	sirena203	Female	Slovenia	2013-05-20 10:08:00

I was not expecting to see that my i129f has been approved after only sending petition less than 8 weeks ago! I guess the 5 month average processing time is not correct. I jut don't think pictures and letters tells the story. I am at the last leg and can see the end. I am using what little bit of patience I have left to keep me as calm as I can. I love you guys too.
