Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	My Packet	we did include past 3 years of tax return papers.... Also DL because it is a state issued identity..... Other than that, your packet looks great.... One suggestion and entirely up to you, write a cover letter and list all these items in it.... there is another thread here with ppl on both sides of topic, I agree that it is not required, but look at it from adjudicator's point of view who has to go through a pile of papers in each case day in n out. the cover letter is a small token to make his/her job easier, plus its looks nice and show time taken to prepare the case.... just my 2 cents of course.... Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Nebraska Removed Conditions	no don't say that, we can't loose hope no matter how much trouble these folks have caused us...... you definetely came here for your love, and don't loose that over this, It'all end one day..... NSC is not the greatest service center, I think they still trail TSC though, I think TSC have shown the worst experience for filers..... I would personally stay put and once you are closer to your one year limit or over, get info pass and get stamped in your passport. I know some folks here have tough time gettting stamped, but hey like its said "you never know until you try" !!!! I personally am gonna wait and it not approved, will go for temp stamp and apply for the citizenship..... of course this is my opinion and you can take it at that...... My point is that it's good to apply for the citizenship when you are eligible (yes it is a lot of money), but like last summer, you never know when USCIS decides to bring the citizenship fees brought up to three zeros number and yes, this stops the process to deal with USCIS once in for all, unless you loose your naturalization letter we will save money in the next few months and will apply for N-400 in Dec this year..... I concur, try again, even though you are quite disapointed with the level of help, hoping this was a one person issue.... personally even though waiting patiently for our approval on I-751, but I am quite disappointed that the USICS is allowed to treat folks serving for ours and their safety in millitary like that, it is just not right..... but hey I am just a simple citizen speaking my mind !!! Many of the "ignorant" folks choose not to read the letter of the law, but just want to use the lack of "Green Card" as a refusal to hire the "LEGAL" imigrants..... For what's its worth, I'd talk to a lawyer, but that might end up with huge cost and not worth at all.... I personally have seen many times in our company, that hiring managers can pretty much do anything without the fear of consequences, becuase higher muckty mucks don't have time to look into "simple" issues.... hang in there and try another store..... Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Still waiting for biometrics appointment	I think CSC is under a lot of load because not only they have to deal with their own cases, NSC has dumped with their I-751 from last year and are sending in all new ones.... We have had our biometrics done in Jan and nothing since..... they must have lots n lots of piles of cases.....
